Family feel by the beach

Location is between train station and the beach. Great location for the beaches and old town. The bathroom has a bidet and big towels. Lovely staff, informative and helpful, and for us it was nice to have an easy conversation in English. Go to Green the restaurant as recommended by the owner. Get a gelato on the way home. Secure internet.

We arrived in the dark walking from the train station and felt a bit insecure but don't be put off.

well positionned towards the ferry port and inside Savona for dinner and bars. Very nice hosts there who are very friendly and supportive at any topic

Very nice familiar atmosphere. Location is top for beach vacation with kids. Parking is small but very convenient if you don`t use your car during the week. There is an additional outside parking but I have not seen it.

There was no soap holder in the shower and the mattress was a bit hard but those were minor issues

Walking distance from the train station. Have room for up to 4 adults (our two sons are grownups now). Matrasses are firm.

Speaking more Italian. The very nice lady at the lobby loves to speak in the guest's language. I don't visit so often Italy, so missing an opportunity to improve the language is very high on my agenda.

Perfect location for the coast and the fortress and 10 minutes from the train station. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of places for food and refreshments. I would go back again

Gut für eine Übernachtung vor der Fährenfahrt

Wir haben hier auf die hin-und Rückreise nach Korsika übernachtet (unser Fähre ging von Savona nach Bastia). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar einen abgesperrten Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Damit mussten wir uns keine Sorgen über unseren Gepäck im Auto machen. Auch um 22:00 war einchecken kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber absolut sauber und alles was man braucht ist da. Die Promenade ist nur um die Ecke falls man abends was essen möchte oder schnell im Meer baden. Wir konnten auch sehr früh frühstücken um unsere Fähre zu erwischen.

Da der Ort bei den Italiener sehr beliebt ist, kann es abends laut werden wenn das Zimmer zu Straße rausgeht, die andere Seite ist sehr ruhig. Für eine Nacht war es kein Problem.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Wer früh mit Corsica Ferries fahren muss, bekommt ein ausreichendes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Kaf

Eine sehr freundliche Frau an der Rezeption, die uns persönlich zum abschließbaren Parkplatz begleitet hat und uns dann noch ein Restaurant vorne am Meer empfohlen hat. Dort war es sehr lecker.

Für den Zweck (Frühe Fährüberfahrt am nächsten Morgen) war alles ok und sauber. Nicht mehr, aber auch nicht weniger.

Ruhige Lage

Die ruhige Lage des Zimmer war gut. Es ist ein 3-Sternhotel und soweit in Ordnung. Das Auto konnte in einem abgeschlossenen Vorhof parkiert werden.

Das Hotel ist relativ weit weg vom Zentrum (10 Gehminuten) und das Frühstückbuffet war sehr bescheiden.

Zentrale strandnahe Lage und freundliches Personal

Das Hotel ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr spärlich. Der Strand ist zu 90% in privater Hand, wo mit diesem Hotel kein Zugang möglich ist.
