Sleepless night in a hot, noisy and too bright room

On the first glance the room seemed really nice

We came into 33 degrees C room with open windows, there were so many mosquitoes in the room! AC blows straight on the bed, the tiles are not attached to the floor and that makes so much noise also in other rooms and the room can not be made dark! There is light coming from the room outside which is a common room, with noisy tiles an people walking there for the whole night. So sleep was impossible!

We stayed extra days as Savona was so enjoyable.

Breakfast good and the staff at breakfast excellent. Liked how beach and town were quite close.

We found the procedure for checking in could have been difficult at your age needing the door, lift, apartment door then our door options but we were lucky!

Amazing hostess and system. The breakfast is served at a cafe near the fortress. You have 4 or 5 options to choose from, the three of us chose the Focaccia, YUMMY by the way! As per the rooms, wide, clean, quiet... Perfect. The hostess, Blerina, is very nice :) I suggest parking at the Arsenal parcheggio as we did, it has 24h surveillance and is just under the fortress, which is quite close to the B&B. Otherwise you have a public one just a block away. No doubt, whenever being around, we'll book a couple of rooms again. The only "but" is that there are only 3 rooms, therefore you must be early with your reservation!

Good base to stay in Savona

Great place to stay near the esplanade / sea. Friendly owner but only contact was by messaging. Room and facilities good. Voucher provided for breakfast in nice local cafe. Dog friendly in accommodation and cafe.

Slightly complicated access with codes and keys but OK when followed owner's instructions. Free parking available near esplanade but 5 min walk from where we stayed

Excellent choice for staying in Savona

The stay at Central Savona was very pleasant. Even it is situated in an historical palace, the apartment was totally renovated. We were impressed on how clean it was. The bed was super comfortable. The host served a delicious italian breakfast. The brioches and la focaccia came fresh from a local confectionary. The lady was very kind and very keen to learn if there was something to improve in the services. We replied nothing. We really enjoyed our stay. Will come back for sure.
