Location to beach, warmth and responsiveness of host, pillows, surfaces for clothes, easy parking
Very noisy. It was above a restaurant and right next to the boulevard near the beach so it was noisy until very late. Even the closed windows let in the noise.
Also, the breakfast was not sufficient. It would be very nice to include fresh fruit.

The view from our room was such a surprise. The coffee was very good. The restaurant was incredible and the service was superb.
