Charming cottage, clean, comfy & really beautiful. The attention to detail was superb. It was just stunning.

The main road outside was very busy. But parking at side of cottage which was great.

The wee cottage was so quiet and quaint, it was absolutely spotless. Laura was so lovely and helpful, the local pub the Bridge bar is a short walk away, there is also a beautiful restaurant called the Tilly lamp about 3 miles away, the chippy and shop is down the rd. Everything you need, me and my wee family had the best time

Picture Perfect Cottage

This was our third Christmas stay at Clannad cottage, and it was perfect. Cottage is beautiful and absolutely spotless. The peat fire made it very warm and cosy, although the heating system is more than adequate to stay warm. Lovely touches from the host , such as personalised card, biscuits and milk provided. Highly recommend.

Picture perfect cottage

Beautiful picture perfect cottage. Immaculately clean, cosy and warm. All decorated for Halloween 🎃. We as a family of 6 and 2 furries 🐾 🐾 throughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated walking into the warmth of the cottage on a blustery day and really appreciated the cupcakes 🧁 which we wolfed down with a hot cuppa 🍵. The turf fire was great when the gales were blowing and the rain was pelting off the windows. My 2 furries enjoyed the enclosed garden to plod around in. Lovely meeting Laura as we were leaving. Cottage is a credit to you 😀

The original old thatched Irish cottage

VERY disappointed ther was no basic welcome pack we felt that what was there had maybe been left by previous guests we found tea/coffee and SOUR milk. If you have been travelling you do not want to have to immediately go to find a shop for beverage and breakfast ......... basic rolls & butter would've been nice. Consequantly we had left the cottage by 9 am. Also the shower in bedroom by front door wouldn't work. This should've been checked?

Both my husband and I were very happy with our stay.

The property was in a lovely location not too far from local shops. It was immaculate inside and out. The interior was very tastefully decorated and in keeping with the cottage. The cottage had all the amenities you would expect, including a lovely basket of turf for the log burner.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Stunning Cottage!

Stunning cottage outside and in. We all loved it. Everything was spotless. The host, Laura, popped in to make sure we were OK. The house is very well equipped throughout. We hadn't seen in the listing that there was a shower/wet room in addition to the bath so that was a bonus. There's a swing seat in the garden that was lovely to relax in. The chairs and beds were so comfortable. The decor is beautiful, and every room feels like a new delight! The nearest shop was within walking distance too. Just gorgeous!

It wasn't an issue, but the satnav took us about half a mile past the cottage. It's really easy to find as it's on the road and the facade is unique in the area.

Very enjoyable stay in lovely cottage.

The cottage was very comfortable although traditional is a new build. Our lovely host was very quick to respond to queries. She left a welcome pack which was very much appreciated, including turf(for the fire) to add to the atmosphere of a traditional cottage. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, cosy beds & fluffy towels.

This is being very picky but a draining rack for the kitchen (perhaps I just couldn't find it)and close line in the garden would be appreciated.
