Comfortable bed, clean bedding ,spacious. Dog friendly , aircon and basic kitchenette. Surprisingly quiet for main road property. Close to shops.
The green light above the bed kept me awake most of the night. Nightmare!! Lovely bedding but the kitchen utensils and appliances let it down. Getting an air fryer would be helpful. Parking out the back carpark felt unsafe. We had to leave items in the car. Not wanting to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs. Nothing happened but we couldn’t see the car from our room. The Main Street door lock was a pain. You needed a key to get in and get out didn’t feel safe if there was a fire. View out the back window was disappointing.

Great communication, such a lovely owner. The apartments had everything you need located in the centre of Cookstown. Great touch with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread and jam provided. Free car parking available.
