Wonderful stay, February 26

Stayed here for three nights recently and we were really impressed with the property. Communication with our host was excellent prior to our arrival and once there we had a small issue with the heating, the house was too warm and we couldn't find the thermostat. Messaged Carly who responded immediately and problem solved. The photos don't do the house justice, fixtures and fittings in the property are top quality from a stand alone roll top bath, walk in shower down to the quality of the towels and bedding. An excellent location within the centre of the city with picturesque views of the cathedral lit up at night. A welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. I couldn't recommend this property highly enough and if we are ever in the area again wouldn't hesitate in choosing 31 Lower English Street.

Absolute GEM

This property is absolutely stunning. Like a home from home, every single room in the property is decorated with the most elegant attention to detail. And spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect too, minutes away from everywhere. And the host gives an excellent guide on the area too.

The only draw back for us was not being able to stay longer. I would of loved nothing more then to come back a chill another night or two in 31 Lower English

A Wonderful place

The location was great, the house itself was beautiful and decorated with impeccable taste. The Christmas decorations and touches really made such a wonderful difference. And the kitchen had fantastic facilities. The host was so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

This property was above and beyond what I was expecting. The finish and standard of the decor and furnishings was at such a high level. So much emphasis on the little details. Great location and so beautifully presented. Carly was so welcoming. We are absoultely going to be coming back.

Most relaxing comfortable house

I have not stayed in a more beautiful comfortable house. The attention to detail was exceptional from the sweet treats to a Lego themed bedroom. I would be booking this property especially with the great price. The owners were in contact and were available if we needed to get in touch with them.

A fantastic property in a central location. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Beautiful interior and host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Lovely touch of adding Halloween treat bags for our stay. Also thought the communication with the host was excellent.

As stated in the property information the property is on a Main Street so there was some noise during our stay which was a Saturday night so it may not suit light sleepers

It was the most luxurious, comfortable home away from home! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely everything! The property is faultless.. We came as a family of 4 to introduce our new baby to family & this property was so spacious & had everything you could possibly need! It truly was a home away from home. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in & there was so much to keep the kids entertained from the board games to Lego to a smart TV.

There wasn’t anything not to like it was flawless.

Absolute perfection of a house

Attention to detail in this property was second to none. Everything was presented beautifully with high quality products. We pretty much went round the house saying "I wish we had that at home " about everything! 😂 It was 5 star luxury. We could even hear the beautiful cathedral bells ringing

The only issue we had - which isn't the fault of the property - was when we arrived a group of very drunk men stumbled out of the pub which is two doors up and my daughter and I had to retreat to our car until they had gone as we didn't feel safe. This was a Monday evening. I could imagine it would be quite noisy at the weekend.
