Killyfole lakeside lodges

The property had everything you would need, all mid cons included and very clean and well maintained. Jim was a lovely friendly man. The chalet sits beside a beautiful lake that you can walk around

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property the only thing is if you are travelling with dogs the chalets are very close to a very busy road and the chalets are not enclosed, but we had been made aware of this before we went so were prepared for it

Chalet very clean, modern and well presented. Had all amenities you need. Lovely walk around lake. Great that’s it’s dog friendly. As a big tea drinker, was lovely surprise to see fresh milk, tea and coffee on our arrival. Chalet is on a busy road so need to be careful with dogs. I read reviews before bookings and brought training leads. Dogs were happy tied up to fence and freedom to explore garden without us worrying about road. Partner had a great time fishing off the fishing stands on around lake.

Beautiful Location set on the lakeside, the lodge we had our patio doors opened up to a full view of the lake on the sunny evening it was lovely (equally as nice the wet morning after!) The ease of the gate to access the walking path for around the lakeside was perfect. A lovely walk around the lake in the evening which had lots of areas to stop and relax along with a little beachy area. The Lodge itself is finished beautifully to a high standard, very clean with everything you need, fridge, cooker, kettle etc Bedrooms are lovely and a really nice touch each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom with shower. Patio table and chairs to enjoy sitting outside during the day/evening was lovely. There's a little shop 5 mins away for any essentials and we went to a restaurant for tea just a short drive to Clones was beautiful. A lovely stay away and would definitely stay again 😊

Nice and quiet, right on the lake and everything thing we needed was in the room, even had BBQs and fire pits if we wanted.
