I like everything. But what caught my attention is that nothing is missing. It's as if you were going home and looking for cleaning products, and there's everything. For laundry, there's everything. I loved the fully equipped kitchen. The beds are excellent. The house is extremely clean and smells spectacular! It was an unforgettable stay. Thank you for making me and my family feel HAPPY and AT HOME.

Perfect location , right sized house in excellent condition and close to all the tourist attractions .

It was ideal for our visit to Co Antrim . Easy reach of all the tourist attractions . The location was close enough to ballymena town to walk to the major shops . The house itself was in excellent condition too to bottom . Welcoming note with the internet password ( a must for the kids) from the host Sean .

Spacious, great location, everything that you needed was there, affordable, had a great home feeling, very clean and very modern. Will defo think about returning if ever need to go to Ballymena again

Great stay, looking forward to returning.

It was so close to town and the train station. We were able to go for long walks and go around the shops and on the 2nd day we took the train to Coleraine and portrush. The kids loved it. Sean was great, we were going to cancel because if the recent trouble on the news and he reasured us and let us check in early so we weren't walking about with the children. Kids had an amazing time and can't wait to return.

Needs an instruction/information booklet.

Very close to the town centre. Convenient to the venue of the event we attended in Broughshane. There was a problem with an extractor fan which would not shut off. On contacting the property owner, he arranged for an electrician to visit the following day and rectified the problem.

No instructions on how to access the TV channels. There were a number of remote controls that we were unfamiliar with. No recycling bins at the property and when I looked online at the local council's website discovered that there was no recycling collection from the property. Had to take our recycling items to a facility in the town, which as we were not local was difficult to access.Could not park outside the property. Had to park on a side street.

Friendly, responsive host. Clean, comfy and well stocked (lots of little bits and pieces you might need but not travel with which is a nice touch). 5 mins or less walk to shops and pubs.
