Layout and proximity to the beach/shops. Enclosed garden for the kids and dogs. Lovely and clean inside the property. Perfect for a family with lots of games etc available.
Slightly bigger beds would have been more ideal, as the men’s feet came over the edge.
The pool table wasn’t on a flat surface so the balls rolled, though it was fun adding an extra element to the game

We had a very comfortable stay at Coffee Cottage. It's a really lovely house, that's tastefully decorated, really well equipped and in a very handy location, close to West Strand beach in Portrush. It literally has everything you need when you go away with a family (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker etc). Its big enough to have two families stay and the master bedroom has an ensuite. We stayed just after Christmas so it was nice to come back to a warm house after we had been out for the day. I'd love to return in the summer so we could make use of the enclosed backyard and games room out in the garage..
No complaints, it was all really good.

Lovely house all to ourselves - with a group of 4, we had plenty of room to relax. Great location and lots of coffee options!!
