La ubicación muy bien, cerca de la estación de tren, cerca de metro y con supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Apartamento grande, con camas y baños de sobra para todos los que estuvimos.
Algunos arreglitos hacían falta, el lavavajillas, por ejemplo, no se podía usar porque salía agua de la tubería al ponerlo.

Viel Platz. (wichtig, wenn man mit Kindern reist)
Mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet.
Gegen Abend etwas laut im Wohnbereich, Restaurantbesucher.
Gegen Mittag und abends Geruch nach Gebratenen, Pommes etc. vom Restaurant direkt nebenan und darunter.

The property is very well structured with plenty of space for about 7-8 people. There are 3 rooms for 2 adults each , almost 4 bathrooms. There are also two sofa beds, although one of the two is in the basement, which has no windows almost and smells bad. Overall, the apartment is spacious and quite bright. Location is also great, near the metro, many restaurants and a big shopping mall.
At the entrance of the apartment there is a constant noise of like an industrial fan (potentially the restaurant downstairs) which can bother the people sleeping in two of the bedrooms. If you have light sleep, it can be an issue!! Also, the main entrance door had an automatic lock which didn’t work and we had to eventually remove it and use the normal key, which was only one though - creating some issues. Finally, during the booking phase, we tried to get in touch with the property to check the possibility of amending the booking dates. We knew the reservation was non refundable, but at least we hoped to be able to amend the dates. Despite the various messages, we were never contacted back. The thing is that the apartment is managed by an external agency, and they are not as friendly and as attentive as a private owner would be.
