Marvelous 2 bedrooms - Saint Honore - Palais Royal

This amazing location is right in the heart of the city, offering a quiet street view. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean, with enough space for five people. The pillows are comfortable, and the towels are nice. The owner provides an extensive guide, making it a great place to stay.

The boxing gym is quite noisy from early morning, but we were aware of it. There were ants in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, but not too many. We didn’t leave our belongings on the floor. The apartment is in good condition, but the walls need repainting here and there. The second bedroom has no real window.

Emplacement idéal, facile d'accès, à quelques pas des attractions majeures du 1er arrondissement, accès au métro à quelques pas. Logement très spacieux, très sécuritaire - le système d'accès avec code + clés nous donna vraiment un sentiment de sécurité. Cuisine très bien équippée. Appartment très propre, chambres spacieuses et lits très confortables. WIFI fonctionnait à merveille, aucun soucis avec les téléviseurs.

L'appartemement aurais besoin d'un peu d'amour, plusieurs retouches de peinture seraient nécessaires, ampoules à remplacer dans les luminaires, et surtout l'absence de trucs "de base" comme des débarboullettes pour la douche, linges pour laver la vaisselle, un support pour le rouleau de papier de toilette. Ce sont vraiment des petits détails, mais pour un si bel appartement, ça vaudrait la peine d'y remédier. Aussi, côté "tranquilité", bien que l'appartement soit bien isolé des sons extérieurs, ainsi que des voisins sur l'étage, le bruit provenant des cours deu studio de boxe au rez-de-chaussée était très intrusif - même le matin du dimanche de Pâques, la musique "dance" des cours a débuté très tôt, et on l'entendait très bien à partir des chambres à coucher.

A localização é perfeita. Perto de metrô, ao lado do Louvre. Restaurantes, cafés, farmácias e supermercados.

Não gostei pois ficou entendido que há dois banheiros. Mas na verdade em apenas um tem o vaso sanitário e no outro tem apenas o chuveiro e a pia.

We had a fantastic family stay in this apartment. The accommodation was excellent — clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our trip. The location couldn’t have been better — truly central to everything and within easy reach of all the main spots. It was so convenient to walk or access public transport, making it simple to explore the city. Access to the apartment was straightforward and hassle-free, and the host’s communication was great from start to finish. They were prompt, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend this anppsrtnent and would definitely stay here again!
