Habitat Parisien - Louvre Rivoli

Center location, and despite being on a busy road it was quiet with the windows closed. Accommodation looks clean and spacious. Good price value.

We ran into some issue that should've been caught by regular maintenance. Living room light was flickering, bathroom light hang loose from the ceiling, dishwasher needs to be properly cleaned. We highlighted some issues and maintanance came the next morning to fix. The sleeper sofa creeks with each small movement. The accommodation is very well isolated against the noise outside, but this means there is no fresh air. We came after the heatwave, but it was still hot inside. When I asked for luggage storage after checkout, we were told that free luggage storage was available subject to availability. When asking the day before checkout, we were told that we had to pay for late checkout to store our luggage.

Perfect location, just steps from the Louvre and many of central Paris’s attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. The host provided exceptional service and was always available by phone or message. There was some initial confusion regarding a few details and a discrepancy with our two apartment booking, but the host addressed everything immediately. We had a great stay and would definitely return on our next trip to Paris.

Very good location, walking distance to the Louvre. Very well appointed apartment with lift, washer/dryer, washing powder, ironing board and iron. Very comfortable bed and crisp, clean linnen.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.
