very big apartment, clean and tidy, great decoration and the location is 10/10

Niets viel tegen en het was een heerlijk verblijf - daarnaast heb ik de eigenaar wat dingen aangegeven die tot verbetering kunnen maar dit waren details en eigenaar reageert snel en correct wat ik erg fijn vond.

The location is good and the apartment is comfortable.

This was actually our second stay here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had previously stayed and was satisfied, so I recommended the property to my family. Unfortunately, this time everything was very different. We were shouted at and told to “leave immediately,” which is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. No guest should ever be treated this way. It was also unfair to be accused of leaving the apartment “messy.” The apartment was simply used — it is not the guest’s responsibility to make the bed or clean the linens before check-out. There were several issues with the property itself. The shower drain does not work properly, causing water to accumulate on the floor and making it very slippery. In addition, the windows were covered in spider webs, and we couldn’t open them during our entire stay due to the risk of insects getting inside. While the cleaner we encountered at the beginning was very kind, the other staff member behaved in a completely unacceptable manner and even shouted at my family, which is not acceptable under any circumstances. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. We will definitely not be returning.
