ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY
This is one of the best in Paris. Location, location, air conditioning, new plumbing, wiring, furniture, transport, shops. Luxury, style. Everything. Located towards a small inner courtyard, providing a calm and peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustling capital, a rare luxury in this busy and often noisy city.
Fully air conditioned only available in summer months with 3 separate units that can be controlled individually, a rare feature in a Parisian apartment and most appreciated during the very hot summer months. Central heating is available in winter.
This is a 2 bedroom luxury private apartment located on the fabulous Avenue de l'Opéra, one of the most prestigious addresses in Paris. It was totally gutted and rebuilt recently to the highest standards with the best materials and fittings, and everything is brand new and works !! The decor is by a leading French interior decorator and offers a very warm and cozy feeling, without being pretentious. The stunning period building, formerly a luxurious palace, features an amazing grand entrance with sweeping staircase and 3 modern lifts. The Opera, Tuileries gardens, Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Madeleine are within a short walk, as well as the fabled boutiques of Faubourg Saint Honoré, the Printemps and Galeries Lafayette department stores.
Transport (3 Metro and 5 bus lines) are right outside the door. So is a large Monoprix store with a huge gourmet food and fine wine section. Within five minutes walk you will find over 60 typical Parisian restaurants, every type of food shop, as well as a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The spacious master bedroom has elegant timber paneling and features a Super-King size bed (2m x 2m) with plenty of storage. It has a private stylish marble en-suite bathroom with shower. It looks out over a small side street and the roof line of the buildings across the street. It has a very high performance double glazed full height double window, great to let the light in and keep the noise out.
The second bathroom looks over a very quiet and peaceful private courtyard. Being high up it is very bright and airy. It features a king size bed - 180cm wide, a small wardrobe and a desk/dresser.
The main bathroom is lined with stylish cream coloured natural stone and features a large bath with shower and a WC. There is also a separate small bathroom with WC. Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
In the living area there is a luxury Italian leather queen sized (1.6m wide) sofa bed, extremely comfortable to accommodate 2 additional persons. There are two large leather arm chairs, 49" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo unit, spare DVDs and CDs, a small library. Also a stylish dining setting for 6.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ultra modern appliances, including ceramic cook top, microwave/oven, dishwasher fridge-freezer, washer-dryer (all by Miele), a Nespresso machine, a huge granite bench top. It is a fabulous space to prepare your meals with the local produce purchased at the nearby market and food shops. The kitchen can be closed off with 2 sliding doors.
This apartment features plenty of storage space and is tastefully furnished featuring a restful colour scheme and high quality furniture and fittings. It is located on the 5th floor, so it is very light. There is also a caretaker on duty during the day and a safety code is required to access the building for extra security.
Accommodates up to 4 persons: 1 king size bed in the bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and 1 very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the living room.
Also included: Free Wireless high speed internet and cable TV (160 Channels) with all major English speaking channels. Also free telephone calls to 100 countries including USA, Australia and many more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Paris. The place was clean when we arrived, which is always a big relief. The concierge was great, he greeted us at the entrance at the agreed up time, and demonstrated all of the important features of the apartment.The apartment is right on Avenue de l'Opéra, so while the street is busy, the apartment was very quiet. It was great to just step outside and be right in the middle of everything.The kitchen had everything we needed; the oven was great for baking croissants from Picard My in-laws purchased a Nespresso after arriving home. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. We didn’t really use the TV or phone, but it was nice to flip through some of the books they had, especially since several were in English.All in all, a solid place to stay if you want to be close to many of the main attractions in Paris.

We rented this apartment over the Christmas and new years holidays. Everything was as described and the location was ideal. Susan and Patrick was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. There’s no question that we’d rent this apartment again on any subsequent trips to Paris.
