Great location, everything is in walking distance, fantastic air conditioning, liked that the doors required a code instead of keys, saved us a lot of headache.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was only available in one room, the shower leaked water so we had to clean the floor with each use, the sink in the toilet was dirty.

Avoid!

L’emplacement.

The strong smell (musty/moldy) was overpowering from the moment we opened the door. There is clearly a ventilation problem because the entire flat felt damp to the touch. The shower leaks greatly; the toilet seat was broken; there were ants all over the bedroom floor. We ultimately left the flat halfway through our stay despite having already paid in full; It was that bad. The personnel were kind in asking how our stay was going, and expressed disappointment that it wasn’t up to standards, but never followed up with a plan to try and make it right.

Location is excellent. Great cafe at the end of the street where we had breakfast every day. Metro, taxi and bus stop 2 minute walk from apartment. Bed was very comfortable.

I wish there was a better place to put your luggage. It was hard for 3 adults to have suitcases accessible.

“Adorably French” decor, and quality sofa sleeper (firm mattress!), sumptuous white towels and bed linens! Quiet street just off best location in Saint Germain ! This will be “my home in Paris” every trip ! included great communications from mgmt company throughout our stay, without us asking for a thing !

Not one thing to dislike. It came equipped with coffee pods, hair dryer, travel soap and shampoo (just like a hotel!) and with better towels than most French hotels I’ve stayed in.

An amazing few days introducing our 14 yearold grandson to the delights of Paris.

The location was perfect for getting around with the Metro 2mins away. There was a local supermarket, patisserie and a friendly cafe on the corner ideal for breakfast and dinner. Pickaflat were in contact each day and made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was small and with 3 of us it was difficult to sit comfortably together. However we were out most of the day so it wasn't a big problem.

The location is excellent. A metro station very close by. Three restaurants outside the door - one Italian, La Scala, very good. One cafe - excellent breakfast and very convenient to start your day. A very nice room. They gave us chargers as well!

A VERY DIRTY PLACE AND HORRIBLE FURNITURE CONDITIONS TO STAY.

No AC, dirty, very old and in bad conditions all furniture, refrigerator smaller than a minibar, impossible to open windows, apartment in PB with a terrace restaurant just beside and people always smoking, no cleaning service, worst service, nobody gives you the welcome, we complained and never had answer from the owner. worst place to stay, had to change to somewhere else.

Very good

The location was super! Close to great restaurants, metro, café, Siene and attrctions. It is a cute apartment and I was very thankful for the AC in the bedroom. Pictures made it look bigger than it was but over all good! I had a few minor things to call them about and they were quick to reply. The only reason I stated the things I did was because they have you reserve a $500 security deposit incase of accidentals they will keep it, so, I wanted to document things before I could be accused of causing them. I also documented with photos the day we arrived. They were sweet enough to let me drop my bags off in the apartment upon a very early arrival while it was being cleaned so we could catch our Metro to get to Versailles on time for our ticketed entry. Again, very very grateful for that!

My biggest complaint is I didn't like how impersonal it was, I never met anyone upon check in except Thomas, the guy in charge of the cleaning of the apartment. He helped to get our bags upstairs to store for our early arrival. Thank you Thomas!!!Also the process to secure booking.YOU have a lot of hoops to jump through to book prior to over all approval. ( electronically upload passport/ ID and use a CC to secure an upfront $500 security deposit) In this day and age that made me suspicious but they did respond to try and ease my mind that this is their policy. I had to call my CC company to allow the $1 hold as a test as the bank declined at first because it noted fraud. There is no place, like a front office to store bags after check out so if you have a long time before your flight or train ride upon departure and you want to and have time to explore more you had to drag your bags all over Paris. Plus, a lot of places wont let you bring luggage in. There is a sound servailence system installed so they said in order to monitor noise level. That wasn't a problem for us as we were barely there but to sleep, but sorta creepy in a way. HOWEVER, They are very upfront about that before you proceed to confirm your booking. EXPENSIVE for what you get but I think you pay for the awesome location and I wanted to stay closer to where my daughter is living.

A stinky, noisy, dirty, and buggy disappointment. Look elsewhere!!!

The location is about the only positive for this property and the kind cleaning woman who finally came after 4 days of asking. She was great! The pizza place next door is fantastic. I will say, the negatives outweigh the positives. The location is centralized, but Paris has so many beautiful areas.

I wish I could warn everyone about how disappointing this apartment was for my mom and me. This was my mom’s first trip to Paris, and I was so sad and embarrassed that she had to stay in this place. The online pictures are very misleading, and I feel as if we were scammed. I can just say this: ants and other bugs, filthy floors, dirty couch, gross carpet, clogged shower, tiny fridge, very smelly, little storage space (bring hangers and a soap dish) and so noisy. This place is absolutely not worth the money at all. I feel very cheated. The hosts did not respond quickly enough and stalled to help. They kept pawning it off on a “colleague.” At one point a bug came out of my hair brush that was on the kitchen counter and a half-eaten Dorito was on the floor to greet us on the first day. A huge disappointment and the hosts were not helpful. I sent messages to the hosts and to Booking.com explaining the issues, but it took four days for action. They gave us back our cleaning fee of 73 Euro and Booking.com acted as if this was such a gift. We didn’t need the money, we needed the place to be cleaned and the bugs removed. They should have refunded much more and had it cleaned in the first place. We could have stayed in a beautiful hotel for the price we paid. I am sorry to those who are staying there now. This is a true and honest warning.

Lovely antique/classic style apartment and spacious too. Nice restaurant around the corner and there was a taxi stand nearby too. Location wise excellent. Host was very friendly and replied fast too. A really nice baby cot was also provided

Paris accommodation

Fantastic property in a fab location, only a minute from the metro and a fab Italian restaurant right outside your door and an amazing bistro on the corner. The only recommendation for improving the property are to provide fans. Paris was extremely hot and fans would have provided some relief from the sticky air in the apartment, especially at night. Fridge could be bigger as very limited as to what can be placed in there. Finally, directions were not great from host who I contacted. I was advised the apartment was 1 minutes walk from the metro, which is Cory. However, when you emerge from the metro I could have walked in 5 different directions. Better would have advised to cross the road to the bistro on the corner ( can’t remember he name) and the apartment in down the road on the right hand side. Building on the left duck egg blue painted outside. It wasn’t a major problem but when you have been travelling all day in hot weather, wearing a mask for most of it, it’s this kind of detail that really helps.

Malheureusement, rien n’a pu être apprécié à cause d’un incident majeur survenu dès la première nuit. Une expérience extrêmement stressante, marquée par des relogements nocturnes, un service absent, et un logement rendu inhabitable dès la première nuit.

Fuite d’eau au plafond au-dessus du lit dès 23h, service d’urgence injoignable, relogement improvisé à 2h du matin après avoir changé trois fois d’appartement : l’un trop petit, l’autre sale, le troisième temporaire. Le lendemain, on nous propose de revenir dans l’appartement initial malgré un plafond encore gorgé d’eau. En notre absence, nos affaires ont été déplacées sans consentement et sans être prévenu. Séjour chaotique, irrespectueux et très mal géré. Aucune solution fiable apportée en temps utile malgré l’urgence.
