Great location, good security, near cafes and shops, quiet inside.
Struggled to use washing machine and dryer as it was constantly in use or had clothes left in it (Shared better 6 units). Suggest a sign and basket that allows removal of other people’s clothes.

部屋は大変綺麗で、ロケーションも最高でした。夜中帰って来た時に鍵が開かなくなってしまい、連絡をさせてもらいましたが、即座にまた優しく対応していただき、とても助かりました。
洗濯機が共同使用だったので、洗いたい時に洗えないことがあったところと、トイレにウォシュレットが付いてたように思いましたが作動しなかったところです。

A localização é muto boa, tem supermercado no quarteirão seguinte, vários restaurantes, e estação de metro a 2 quarteirões.
O apt dá uma informação errada, NÃO POSSUI MAQUINA DE LAVAR E SECAR dentro do apartamento. O apartamento fica em pequeno lobby dentro de um edificio, em um corredor com 6 portas, e cada porta é para um apartamento. Neste lobby tem um armario com 1 maquina de lavar e outra de secar que servem aos 6 apartamento e também é usada pela equipe de limpeza ! O armario do quarto não dá para abrir pois a porta bate na cama. Nã possui espelho grande. Cabides de quinta categoria. TV dificílima para se conectar com o WiFi.
