Exceptional Location : Rue de Rennes (corner with rue du Vieux Colombier).
The flat is located in a “golden triangle”, at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés’ Church, Saint-Supice’ Church and the Bon Marché. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standing apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with concierge . As I travel a lot, please confirm availability before booking.The entrance door is equipped with a keypad and security video.

Perfect location! Easy to get everywhere. Carfour across the street which was nice. Cafe on the corner was perfect for quick bfast or lunch. Nice sheets, plush pillows, very spacious.

First i would say it is in a great location and looks good. I travelled with my daughter and her 4 year old. It is NOT suitable for children. Thrre are several large panes of glass at child height which are very very thin...certainly NOT safety glass so we were frightened of the danger of it breaking dhould she touch it. Te flooring is very old original block wood and in very creaky and in places very uneven. The high emphasis on the quiet needed meant we were constantly worried about disturbing people. For the first two nights of four i had no sleep as the boiler erupted every 90 minutes making a noise so loud it was like a train going through the apartment. The owner sent me a video of how to release air from the boiler...difficult to reach. I had to do it 4 times for it to have any effect. As i was sent a video i can only assume there had been this problem before.
I was also concernedthat there was no door on the kitchen making this a fire hazard .
