The properly was clean, close and central.

We ran out of hot water and the Wi-Fi was extremely limited. Late at night or very early the next morning, there was no internet at all.

Compact room but works well, near amentities

Small but fine for what we needed, spotless, had fridge which was a surprise as not listed. Comfy bed, close to amentities

Noisy fridge, and was little hard to find even a local said no number 8, but waiter at the restaurant outside studio pointed it out. Perhaps in description of location it could be changed to right next to restaurant on the left side. At water front go up stairs next to Riveria cocktail bar

Cozy studio in the middle of the old town

The location itself is perfect, it's in the middle of the old town. The studio is not big, but that's what we've expected. The interior is very well decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a few suitcases with us and it was difficult to carry all of that while walking from the parking spot to the studio. There is a cobbled walkway all over the old town, which the host didn't mention. He said it's only 10min walking distance from the free parking place, but it was rather 20min. We will keep that in mind next time when we visit Rovinj.

Great location, accommodating staff and clean.

Location was right in the city center and close to the water. You were able to hear the people outside, but at night it was fine. It was clean and spacious.

It was a little hard to find at first. There’s also no parking close by so we had to park outside of the city center, take an uber and then about a 10 min walk. Not ideal with two big suitcases, but definitely doable.

Disappointing

The location was the only good thing about this place.

We were informed about the check-in time, but then we received the information that it was delayed. We did not have a way to read that email, so when we came to the place, it had a wide-opened door and one woman was sitting inside, we didn't know if we were at the right place. She didn't say a thing, and we were said to go to another apartment named similar to this one. Our key did not fit in the other apartment, and we came back to the first place. This woman said she was cleaning it, but didn't do anything, just sitting inside and asking us rude questions: are me and my friend in a relationship and what kind of things will we do in this apartment. She asked us about our salary and where we work. She also asked us about politics and who we voted for! After hearing that, she started complaining about how poor she and her family is and started telling us a story about how she financially helps her brothers, who treat her bad. We saw that she will not leave the apartment so we left "to the beach" just to avoid her questions. We were scared of leaving our bags at that place as we found it unlocked, so we took some items with us. The bed was cracking and we slept on the floor. The bathroom did not have any soap, and only later did we find toilet paper which we thought was also missing. The internet did not work next morning. As TV is placed in the window, the only way for air to get in is by opening a door. This means that if the temperature is high, you need to sleep with the opened apartment.

Parkplatz war teurer als das Studio

War nichts zu bemängeln außer daß es ein Air bnb ist.Schloss war im Safe am Fenster

Der Parkplatz hat 2 Euro pro Stunde gekostet ( teuerste Preis der Saison) Gratis Parkplatz muss man mit Taxi zurück in die Stadt fahren. Trotzdem war die Schlepperei vom Hafen Parkplatz extrem lästig. Wir kommen von dieser Seite sicher nicht mehr .

Una noche romantica

El apartamento es muy amplio y comodo. Tiene de todo lo necesario y es facil con acceso de movilidad reducida. Esta muy bien decorado con amplitud de detalle. Nos parecio muy mono

no vimos al dueño, era con entrega de llaves. Nos costó situarnos porque las calles son algo liosas, una vez sabes cual es muy facil. La puerta al ser de cristal aunque es translucida se puede llegar a ver algo por la noche.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE, LA CAMERA COSI COSI

la posizione era ottima, un pò scomodo l'ingresso che dalla stanza esci subito nella piazza senza una zona che separi la stanza dall'ingresso. Ambiente un pò rumoroso.

La caldaia si accendeva e spegneva con un bottone, non essendo informati spegnendo la luce abbiamo spento anche la caldaia e il giorno dopo ci siamo ritrovati senza acqua calda.

Rovigno: bellissima!

La camera è semplicemente stupenda. Posizione eccezionale a pochi passi dal porto e dal vecchio centro.

Unica “pecca” il parcheggio. Non avendo trovato uno libero nelle vicinanze ho dovuto pagare oltre 50 euro … Mi sembra eccessivo: hanno considerato anche le ore notturne. Ma ciò, credo, non sia da imputare alla struttura ma al Comune.
