Authentic and beautiful accommodation

The accommodation is authentic and beautiful, full of charm and thoughtfully designed details. It is very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent, with everything close by, and the host is extremely kind and welcoming. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rovinj.

A comfortable, well-located place with a welcoming host — easy to settle into and hard to leave.

This place truly felt like home. Warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a solo traveler and remote worker — the Wi-Fi worked great, and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and settled. The location is absolutely incredible: just 2 minutes to the main square and about a 5-minute walk up to the church. You’re right in the heart of everything, yet it still feels calm and cozy. Luka is one of the friendliest and warmest hosts I’ve ever met. He even carried my bag from the parking lot up to the apartment, which I really appreciated. A small but meaningful gesture. Also worth noting: in winter, parking is free and easy to find. Even though it was winter and off-season, the town had a lovely, gentle buzz — the perfect balance between lively and peaceful. Rovinj is truly a gem, especially if you enjoy a mix of vibrant energy and calm moments. When I return to Rovinj, this is the only place I want to stay.

Perfect location and accommodating host

Great location, very accommodating host who went the extra mile to help us with our very heavy bag and parking coordination.

Strangely, many things missing from the kitchen made it challenging to cook. Enough cutlery, but NO cooking tools, a ratty sponge, no dish soap or extra lightbulbs, which he addressed as soon as he was able. Ever flip an egg with a tablespoon? Other than that, the place was good. Photos on website made it look like there were windows with a view, but you had to use your imagination to know that there was any water nearby. Windows opened to very close adjacent buildings.

Great place in a great location.

Fantastic location, nice view, well equipped, nice furniture. The apartment is behind 3 doors that can be locked, the last of which is a safety door. Be aware that there are several stairs to and inside the apartment. Our host Luka was very nice, helpful, accommodating and spoke excellent English. Air conditioning works well.

At times, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sewers.

Everything was really great! The apartment has a fantastic location, close to the port and city centre. Luka (the host) is very friendly, supportive, helps with all the questions and is always in touch when needed. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

The door key was difficult to handle and the hallway light switched off too fast, the staircase was very steep and narrow. The lighting in the bathroom was not great.

Az apartmant nagyon sok meredek lépcsőn keresztül lehetett csak megközelíteni. A hirdetésben ez nem szerepelt, sőt, akadálymentesként hirdették. Ingyenes parkoló is szerepelt a hidetésben, de ez 20 percnyi séta távolságban van a valóságban. Nem is maradtunk ott, inkább elbuktuk a befizetett éjszakákat és kerestünk egy másik szállást.

Nessuna insonorizzazione, sembrava di avere le persone dell “appartamento“ accanto e di quello sopra dentro la propria stanza! Cattivo odore dagli scarichi del bagno. Gentilissimo in tutto il padrone di casa ma i problemi restano!

Skvělé ubytování přímo v historickém centru

Krásné ubytování přímo v centru města. Provozovatel Luka byl skvělý s nápomocný. Všude blízko. Moc se nám líbilo.

Nemáme výtky. Pouze nás překvapilo, že auto nemůžeme mít nikde v blízkosti ubytování, ale jezdí tam malé taxíky a nebyl to problém. Hostitel nám se vším poradil a pomohl. Na nás byly pouze moc měkké matrace a rano jsme se cítily rozbité.

Très bien pour un court séjour !

L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel et très propre. Le grand placard est très pratique et permet de désengorger le studio en y rangeant toutes les affaires. La localisation était parfaite, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Très calme, malgré une rue passante. Mention spéciale pour Luka, très sympathique et réactif.

Le coin cuisine aurait mérité d’être un peu mieux équipé. Ajouter quelques ustensiles, des bols et des mugs. Et une machine à café ! Parfois quelques odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain. Chauffe-eau très long à démarrer, donc bien anticiper. Wifi très lent.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Apartment in einer traumhaften Lage. Gastgeber Luka hat uns sehr aufmerksam fürsorglich betreut. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank ist ein absolutes Highlight!

Agréable studio sous les toits au cœur de la vieille ville

L'accueil tres chaleureux et serviable de Luka qui non seulement nous a accueilli en taxi et trouvé un parking gratuit pour notre voiture mais nous a aussi porté nos valises jusqu'a l'arrivée au 3e étage dans son appartement. La localisation en plein centre de la vieille ville (charmante mais hyper touristique). Le calme malgré toute l'agitation a proximité.

Salle de bains vieillissante. Trois séries d'escaliers étroits et pentus avec 3 portes successives à déverrouiller pour atteindre l'appartement situé sous les toits. Totale absence de prévention incendie. Au minimum il faudrait prevoir des extincteurs.

Hangulatos, romantikus környezet

Jó helyen van. Rengeteg étterem,kávézó, pékség, fagyis van a közelben. De keszüljetek fel rá, hogy a macskaköves jellegű, nagyon nagyon hangulatos utcácskákon nem lehet guritani a bőröndöt, cipelni kell, de csak pár száz métert. Elég tágas a stúdiólakas, egy igazi régi, műemlék jellegű házban van, hangulatos fagerendás a mennyezet, nagyon bájos. Nem probléma hogy létra meredekségű nagyon keskeny lépcsőkön kell felmenni és 3 ajtót kell nyitni zárni, mire felér az ember az apartmanba, ez a kedvesen ódon épület adottsága, de térdfájósoknak inkább nem ajánlom. Gyors, erős WiFi van. A szobából nyílt egy nagy gardrób, oda pakoltunk mindent, így a szoba mindig szép rendben volt. Tiszta volt az apartman.

Egy felújitás nem ártana. A keskeny, szűk,nagyon meredek lépcsőházban a villany nem égett mindenhol, kétszer botlottam meg a lépcsőn, a sötétben kellett a legalsó zárat nyitni, telefonnal világítottunk. A fürdőszobában rettenetesen dohos szag van, és a szétázott mosdó pult megérett a kidobásra.Az ágy minden mozdulatra nyikorog, nem lehetett aludni rajta, de a matrac kényelmes lenne. Az egyik éjjeli olvasó lámpa folyton elaludt. A hűtőgép zörög, hangos, inkább kikapcsoltuk. Egy mikró vagy sütő nem ártana, edény is kevés, bár mi nem akartunk főzni, nem volt gond. A szomszédból minden(!!) áthallatszott, ott is nyikorgott az ágy.

Struttura posizionata nella città vecchia, in pieno centro. Nel bel mezzo della storia di Rovigno. Facilmente raggiungibili luoghi di interesse culturale, servizi e, bar e ristoranti. Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Purtroppo il parcheggio è a pagamento , se no il primo parcheggio libero dista una ventina dii minuti a piedi dal centro.
