Apartment itself was comfortable and clean.

Stairs going up to the apartment are very narrow especially with big luggage. The floors feel like you might fall through, not very nice or safe. Also finding the apartment was not convenient if you're not familiar with the croatian streets and the staff weren't real helpful or forward thinking.

The property has a really good location.

The property is very dark. There are only two windows, you can see just the neighbour houses. The apartment is in the second floor and the stairs are very small, so you can’t bring your baggage comfortable to the property.

Quiet, tasteful, small studio apartment in the historic old town of Rovinj. Excellent location around the corner from the harbor, close to the church, etc. Good air conditioning, well equipped.

Very pleasant stay - would definitely book again

The location was perfect - In the heart of old town and within 1 mins walk to restaurants and swimming areas instructions for collecting keys was easy but finding the flat features no where on Google maps and I had to visit the local tourist office to give me directions Netflix service is great!

Great location, at the very heart of Rovinj! The flat was modern and very clean. Leo was a great host too, sharing addresses of local bars and restaurants to check out. We highly recommend!

Preis/Leistung top - jedoch einige Informationen bezüglich Parksituation und schwieriger Erreichbar

Preis/Leistung war top, Ausstattung war ebenfalls top (Küche, Bad, Möblierung, WLAN, Fernseher). Super war, dass wir am Abreisetag bis 14:00 im Appartement bleiben durften und es am Abreisetag die Möglichkeit gab, bereits vor der Check-in Zeit um 16:00 sein Gepäck hinzubringen und im Appartement zu lagern. Auch der Schlüssel war unkompliziert zu finden und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern per Chat funktionierte sehr gut.

Appartement nur über SEHR, SEHR steile Stiege erreichbar - das sollte man erwähnen, ich denke nicht, dass jemand mit Gehbehinderung/Pensionisten das geschafft hätten. KEIN Parkplatz inbegriffen: Der nächste Parkplatz ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt und kostet in der Hauptsaison 3,50€/Stundet, außerdem ist er nicht zum Dauerparken geeignet. Zwei Dauerparkplätze ("Zone 4") sind jeweils 20-25 Gehminuten vom Appartement entfernt und kosten 7€/Tag. Das Problem ist, dass die Lage des Appartements keine Zufahrt mit dem Auto zulässt. Wir mussten also bei der Anreise mit dem ganzen Gepäck 20 Minuten zum Appartement gehen. Für die Abreise haben wir uns ein Taxi gebucht, welches 15€ gekostet hat. Das wäre Ansichtssache kein Problem für uns gewesen - wir waren aber enttäuscht dass diese Informationen vorab nicht ersichtlich waren und haben uns darüber sehr geärgert. Außerdem war noch Wasser im Wasserkocher und in der Kaffeemaschine - vermutlich von den Vorgängern. Es waren auch Brösel auf der Arbeitsfläche der Küche zu finden und die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher scheinen schon einige Zeit nicht mehr geputzt worden zu sein. Das Bad war zwar sauber aber es waren überall Kalkflecken ersichtlich (vor allem in der Dusche).

Appartamento molto carino, funzionale e moderno. Staff super gentile e disponibile, anche fuori orario, lettone perfetto: soffice e molleggiato.

Le scale del condominio sono terribili: alte il doppio degli scalini normali e il mio piede (39) non poggiava per 1/3. Infatti son caduta e mi sono fatta male. Non c'è la luce nel portone, solo al secondo piano, e i vicini la chiudevano. Quindi dovevo rientrare al buio.
