Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y pudimos entrar directamente, lo valoramos mucho!! La habitacion es grande, con cocina completa y baño muy comodo. La ubicacion es inmejorable, en pleno entro, a 5 mins de la playa de la Balota. Conocimos a la anfitriona y era muy simpatica!

Por poner alguna pega, las escaleras son muy altas y estrechas, hay que tener mucho cuidado para no caerse

Excellent location. Clean and renovated. The sink in the bathroom was blocked at arrival but we contacted the host and it was resolved very quickly. Good Internet.

The apartment is quite very small and has only one small window. It is on the ground floor and faces a restaurant on a very narrow street. It is not noisy but everybody who passes by can look inside. This forces you to keep the curtain on at all times and makes the apartment very dark, basement like feeling - you need the lights on at all times. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom at all - there is no place for the toiletries or the wet towels. Also, as people would normally come to Rovinj for the beach there is no place to dry your beach towels or swim ware. We also could never get the stove top to work - guess it is out of order. All of these made our stay not quite comfortable. I would not recommend this place for more than 2 - 3 days max.
