Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay.

It was located in the heart of the old town, and not very far from the paid parking lot.

We were on the top floor, and the steps were steep.

Friendly hostess, great position, not much street noise. Good facilities.

The front door is very thin and lets noise in. I was work up by other people arriving home, they weren't been particularly noisy, so I think it was just our door. The double bed could have been a little bigger.

It was extremely hard to find. The host was waiting for us in the apartment, but it would have been helpful if she had stepped outside and looked for a family wandering aimlessly pulling suitcases. Also, in the information about getting there, it would have helped to say that you enter an alley that is behind a restaurant on the square.

Our stay was nice but the experience with the unorganised host was very unpleasant.

The location is great its right in the center of the old town.

The host was rude and unhelpfull. On arival they tried to convince us that we reserved different (totally different and smaller) room so we lost about an hour of our vacation explaining to the host that this is not the advertised room that we payed for. After prooving them that we reserved this room via booking they finally gave us the right room in which they previously put another family and the host didn’t even bother to stay for the exchange of the keys, we had to explain it to the another guest alone as they moved their stuff to the new room. The worst of all is that they didn’t even clean our room after the other family left, nor bring us new towels, so it was not clean (glass in the sink, hair on the table, trash in the can). After we called the host asking for the clean stuff they were rude again, acting as if it is not their job for the apartement to be clean and as if the other family should clean after themselfes - we never gor the fresh amenities. The second bed was also very uncomfortable.

The apartment is right in the centre. It was very clean and warm when we arrived on a cold wintery day. We had a problem with the internet which was quickly solved by staff. Excellent service

The toilet in one of the apartment was right in front of the see through glass door. Very uncomfortable. I suggest a curtain or something to cover up.

Perfect location, balcony, clean and comfortable room. Management group had an office location with available parking just outside the old town - you park your car and they take you to the apartment by golf cart! Fast, easy and stress free.

It was a very good finish to visit Rovijne.

Very large badroom with modern setup. A lot of electric plugs, in every corner. The overall interiour design of the apartment is beautiful.

Welcoming staff & located in the heart of Rovinj!

The staff was welcoming & gave us a courtesy ride from the parking area directly to & from the apartment at check-in/check-out. The property is located in the heart of Rovinj and is a short walk to the beaches, boat rides/tours, & restaurants. As advertised, the apartment was supplied with essential toiletries, towels & linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, and GREAT Air Conditioning—all came in handy for our family!

The walls aren’t noise proof so we did hear local music playing, some restaurant noise, & other residents talking/walking by (but not outside of posted quiet hours). We also noticed some cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners of the property upon arrival.
