The apartment at Vodnjanska (BASA) needs a new breathable duvets and covers, a better WiFi, etc.

We did not stay at Stella 2 Sea view Apartment as the apartment was booked to someone else when we got there. However, the owners were very apologetic for double booking Stella 2 Sea view Apartment. I therefore, cannot correctly rate this apartment but Booking.com gives me no option to decline. The owners of stay at Stella 2 Sea view Apartment took us to two other apartments and after about half an hour of driving around, we finally chose the one at Vodnjanska (BASA) also in the old city. The new ground floor basement-type of an apartment was newly renovated, so it was very nice in terms of location, cleanliness and facility. It also had some amenities.

The duvet and duvet covers at Vodnjanska (BASA) were cheap and made of 100% polyester and therefore very bad to sleep in. For the price charged by night, I think the owners could spend a bit more cash to buy a quality breathable bed linens. Because of the bad quality of the bed linen, we spent few sleepless nights which is a negative point considering we were only in Rovinj for 4 nights! We had to wait for a day to have towels and WIFI connection.

Pulizia assente, abbiamo trovato capelli nel lavandino del bagno e location che necessita di manutenzione ordinaria: gli infissi sono totalmente da rivedere , alcune finestre non si chiudono completamente e la guaina di isolamento è completamente staccata,una finestra in soggiorno ha solamente una metà di persiana,a questo punto conviene toglierla completamente,così come da rivedere la doccia,spara acqua ovunque.. stendibiancheria trovato distrutto in bagno ; basterebbe un minimo di manutenzione ordinaria per rendere una location soddisfacente: con questi accorgimenti standard diventerebbe una location top

Superbe localisation

Situation géographique exceptionnelle dans la vieille ville de Rovinj. Belle vue mer. Appartement assez spacieux pour l’endroit.

Il manque des équipements de base, notamment une machine à laver et il faudrait un frigo plus grand.

Top Platzierung des Appartments, würde ich allerdings für 3 Personen nicht empfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch sehr ruhig. Viele gute Restaurants direkt in den umliegenden Gassen.

Appartment wohl nur für 2 Personen geeignet, die Grundausstattung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenigstens Kaffeetassen könnte man erwarten. Ein paar Dinge wären dringend zu reparieren, wie etwa diverse Türschnallen, die man ständig in der Hand hat.
