Wspaniały pobyt w sercu starego miasta przepięknego Rovinj
Lokalizacja, gustownie i funkcjonalnie urządzony apartament, sprawne wszystkie urządzenia (klimatyzacja, oczyszczacz powietrza, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy itd). Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny.

Lage Top, Kommunikation muss verbessert. R
Die Lage der Wohnung war top. Mitten in der Altstadt und somit im Geschehen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unzureichend. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine, ein zugesagter Rückruf erfolgte bis zur Abreise nicht. Auch bei der Übergabe fehlten jegliche Informationen, z. B. zum Warmwasserschalter oder zur Parksituation. Die Altstadt ist komplett autofrei, sodass man das Gepäck selbst transportieren muss. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber weit entfernt, teils teuer und in der Hauptsaison sehr voll – hier wären Hinweise vorab sehr hilfreich gewesen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere der Boden. Das dritte Bett (Klappcouch) ist für normal große Erwachsene ungeeignet: zu kurz und in der Mitte mit einer störenden Eisenstange. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung eher für zwei Personen und maximal ein kleines Kind geeignet. Fazit: Top Lage, aber Kommunikation und Reinigung müssen dringend verbessert werden.
