Great neighborhood location, parking included, not far from old town.

This was a cute studio, ground floor and private in an apartment building with separate entrance. There was a parking spot, but also a car park across the street if needed. Walk to old town was about 10 minutes. I was allowed to check in early and also an offer to stay past checkout if I needed. My questions were promptly answered and she was very helpful. Being in an apartment building there will be some ambient noise, neighborhood dog, etc. but all in all it was an excellent stay.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Rovinj. Very clean and with a lovely sunset view from the balcony. Also, only a few meters away from the best restaurant of the city (Jura). Host was super nice, which was indeed a plus!

Excellent place, friendly host, good value for money.

Great location, near all main events for CSSF. Friendly host, prompt responses and able to facilitate us with our check-in and check-out. Great facilities in the kitchen which we used on daily basis. Really we couldn't ask for more. Great view from Balcony from the sunset also:D

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Communication with the owner was great, she immediately responded to all questions and was available during the entire stay. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, but that didn't bother us. We could store our bicycles in the garage and we parked our car in a free space right in front of the building. The apartment was clean and its biggest advantage was a great terrace with a beautiful view. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the center. Thank you Marica and we will definitely come back.

The apartment on the 4th floor is spacious and well equipped, the kitchenette has everything for cooking. Fast and stable wi-fi. The balcony with a stunning old town and sea view. Also, Marica is very welcoming and friendly.

Great place to stay with amazing balcony to live

I do really recommend this accomodation. Clean, cosy, with the balcony, where you can spend all day. And espresso machine is a nice benefit.

Some dishes needed to be cleaned use, but otherwise everything was perfect .

Schöne kleine Terrasse mit einem wunderbarem Blick auf Rovinj und das Meer.

Die Handtücher haben leider etwas muffig gerochen,so als wären sie länger nass herumgelegen. Außerdem fand man überall schwarze Haare, wahrscheinlich von einem Hund.

Kommunikation mit Marica hat super geklappt, Parkplatz ist gleich beim Haus, Rovinj ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar

Widok z balkonu, duży przestronny pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym super wyposażonym.duzy balkon. Duża łazienka z pralka. Przemiła i pomocna wlacicielka. Poczęstowała nas truskawkami z własnego ogródka.

Trochę problemowa sypialnia że skosami na dachu.
