Holiday spot

Perfect location, walkable to any area- old city, marina, even beach, supermarket around the corner… Inside is very comfortable- all you need in the kitchen area, excellent bed, everything spotless, nice balcony for unwinding while drinking a good wine or a GT ( try local Karbun ;) Parking lot in front of the house.

Fabulous apartment! Its exactly as you see in the photos. Super clean and little extras that I haven't found in comparable places. Nice design, great bathroom. They have really thought through a lot. Terrace. Quiet area. Check in lady was super polite. Parking out front and an easy 5-7 minute walk in to the centre. Supermarket in walking distance. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay close to the old city

The flat is very well located (less than 15 min walk to old town). Self-check in was very comfortable and the agency communicated very well with us. The apartmen is fully equipped and is ideal for a couple. They let us keep the car parked there even some hours after check out.

Gorgeous apartment

Everything, decor was modern and the apartment was very well equipped. Check-in was easy and pleasant, the staff in the agency were very helpful. The apartment was approximately 10 minutes walk from Old Town , it was a lovely residential area. The photos don't do it justice.

Nothing, everything was perfect in the apartment. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment for your stay as it is far enough away to be quiet but close enough to walk back and forward.

Amazing!, fully recomended

It was very clean and plenty of places to park outside. It was inmaculate clean, and full of details that make your stay more confortable like enough hooks and many shalves in the bathroom that are rare in this type of apartments. The location is oerfect! 10 minutes walk to downtown and the neighborhood is ver nice. You can get a lot of natural light and air in the bathroom and in the studio…. The balcony is ver nice. Kristina was very nice and gave us all the tips and recomendations when we arrived.

Nice clean modern apartment, great size, private parking is a huge plus in Rovinj. Quite aera. Walking distance to the centre, about 10min. Big conformable bed. Professional stuff. I would stay here again.

This is a great accommodation within walking distance of town. Free parking onsite was a huge plus. There is also an excellent restaurant on the same neighborhood street. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

My first choice for short stays in Roving.

A lovely, clean, comfortable room for a very good price. Studio Emanuel will certainly be my first choice when staying in Roving again.

Maybe the area is a bit unworthy of the hotel. I know the hotel isn't responsible for the roads, etc, and it wouldn't put me off staying again, but when using a rental car it's important to feel safe.

Exceptional cleanliness, and the apartment was furnished with everything 2 people would need. We stayed during January and we didn't even feel the winter, it was warm and cozy inside the apartment. Location is excellent, just 10 minutes walk to the city center. Peace and quiet all night, while sleeping in a comfy bed, couldn't ask for more.
