Spacious apartment with all necessary equipment and good location (close to the town center and beaches).
The bathroom (shower) would need some renovation and the apartment would need more care.

Room was very spacious, had a nice sitting area and a little kitchen with everything we needed. Parking was super easy in front of the room too, we would happily stay again.
There was some minor noise from the fridge and a bright sky light like others have said. If that may bother you an eye mask & ear plugs will sort it, that's what I did. Location is good but it is a little walk to the town centre.

I loved the comfy bed on the first floor. And I loved our neighbors for the stay.
There were ants everywhere, the occasional cockroach and centipedes. The bathroom floods like crazy when you take a shower.
