We can only recommend this place. The host is very friendly. We had the fully equipped apartment on the top floor, which was almost too spacious for two people. With a 10-15 minute walk to the city, a quiet environment, and shopping nearby, the location is perfect.

Perfect Stay in Rovinj!

We had an amazing stay at Apartments Villa Mattossi. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday — including a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk from the old town and the beach. Parking on-site was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we needed anything and providing great local tips about Rovinj. Everything exceeded our expectations — we felt at home from the first moment and will definitely return on our next visit to Rovinj. Highly recommended!

Great starting point to discover Rovinj

Great starting point to discover the city of Rovinj. Through our whole stay we did not need car at all. Friendly host. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Kitchen equipped well with everything you need to prepare meals. There are alsio plenty of tasty street-food options to try. All in all, if we return to Rovinj we will for sure come back to this apartment.

Villa is on great location. The street is very quite. Apartment was very clean and it has central heating which is a big plus since we visited Rovinj in winter. Owner was nice and friendly.

Excellent stay! Thank you!

We liked everything about this accomodation. The kind host met us at the gate on arrival, the parking was free on the street (generally parking in the streets of Rovinj is paid, and the price depends on the distance to the old center). The property is very clean and we felt like home. We did not buy breakfast, but we had access to a full kitchen, with fridge and oven. Shopping is available in walking distance. The place is not in the central area, but it is in walking distance to the historical center and to the excellent beaches and parks. We will definitely return here when in Rovinj, if we find available rooms.

Our stay was too short. Next time maybe we will have more time to spend here!

Lovely

An excellent location, just a short walk to the old town and harbour. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We visited in winter; the heating and hot water worked perfectly. We are looking forward to staying again!

Very nice contact with the owners family. We have received a very nice welcome and all the assistance we needed during our stay including tips on local restaurants and things to see/ do. they also rent bikes at a very good price which was very convenient for long rides on the sea front. The beach is located approx 10 min walk, which is nice and the house is located on a private street where you can easuky park.

A fantastic place with amazingly hospitable owner.

Perfect location just 10-15 minutes on foot to the city centre and to beaches. The host was very friendly a we could rent older bikes at the place for a very good price. We used them everyday to get to various beaches along the coast and to the centre. We would definitely return to this place. Apartment was fully equiped, there was everything we needed for our stay.

Ivan and his apartments are the dream

Never had such a useful and lovely host, make the most of his taxi service it’s good value and he has a sweet Audi. He gave us loads of great tips, if we could have taken him on the rest of our travels we would have! The apartment is also lovely & great location - we even had a piano in our room! Even the ritz doesn’t have that so stay here it’s ridiculously good value.

Es war ein sehr schöner Herbstausflug bei einer freundlichen Wirtin samt meinem Hund .

Bei einem Telefonat wurde mir der Türcode genannt. Es hat reibungslos funktioniert. Später haben wir uns persönlich kennen gelernt.

Im Apartment war keine Waschmaschine. Für mich war sie aber nicht notwendig, weil ich nur 3 Nächte dort war. Parkplätze waren nur draußen am Gehsteig verfügbar. Keine Probleme mit der Polizei. In der Umgebung wird so geparkt. Ob das in der Hochsaison auch ausreicht, bezweifle ich.

Bardzo miłe miejsce

Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna właścicielka. Ogromny lokal na ostatnim piętrze, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty, bardzo czysto. Cicha i spokojna okolica, kilkanaście minut spacerem od centrum, bezpłatny parking przy ulicy, w pobliżu market i dobra knajpa.

Klimatyzacja była niesprawna, na szczęście w czasie naszego pobytu nie było bardzo gorąco. Mieszkanie na poddaszu miało tylko okna dachowe- brak widoku

Einfach perfekt!

Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man das Stadtzentrum, den Strand und Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem gab es problemlos einen sicheren Abstellplatz für mein Fahrrad.
