One of the best apartments in Rovinj for two adults and a child

Well equipped beautiful apartment with a fantastic panoramic view to the old town and the forest. It was mostly quiet and the beach was close (10-15 minites by walk) and the host was very kind.

Great location, 5 min to the sea, beautiful bays, long seaside walks, beach with umbrellas and wild areas all available, big green area with park and pine trees, places to eat- all great.

WiFi was not working. At all. This is not ok to modern standards. Had to buy local SIM card to access work emails etc

Amazing week in Rovinj

Really good location close to Cuvi beach and not to far from city center in Rovinj. The apartment was modern with all what you need, well cleaned and perfect for our family. The hospitality from the host Sinisa was perfect and excellent.

just enjoy, this one is great

- super nice and helpful host - spacious apartment with a large terrace - furniture on the terrace - well equipped kitchen - bath tub and shower standalone - 2 dogs not an issue - place to bike parks behind the house - 10min walk to a beach with a restaurant ( avoid burgers though, everything else was better. cash only) and some 5min extra to another cafe - some 15min walk to downtown - awesome beaches and bike trails along the coast - nice park, lot of greenery and awesome trees..10min walk

- whilst well equipped kitchen, some of the pieces were quite aged, felt like 90ties. still worked well though. cutting boards surely deserve replacement. - neighbours had a noisy party one night ...im just being picky here...all in all a great apartment and comes in highly recommended

Quiet and peaceful next to Cuvi Beach

Very nice apartment (102) in a quiet house and neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes walk to Cuvi beach. The apartment was, spacious, very clean, and comfortably decorated, and had a huge terrace. There is a nice bbq behind the house that we used. The house has a laundry machine. The owners ( Nadia, Sinisa, and Milovoy) were very kind, friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here next time !

Perfect choice for traveling to Rovinj. Very pleasant and kind stuff, extremely clean accomodation and I have to say that in reality apartment is far better then it is presented on Booking.com.

The location was good.

The bathroom was too hot, the apartment was old fashioned, looked nicer, newer on the pictures however it was clean, needs more parking as offered in the ad, needs outside lights in the night to walk in.

It was a nice stay, the owner and cleaning woman where very friendly We where 6 people in the apartment number 3, in each sleeping room was an separate bathroom with toilet, enough dishes and towels. The price for this apartment was very good and it was better than expected.

Nice apartment

The staff is very friendly and helpful, even offered an upgrade to our room for several days free of charge, which a was a welcome change as our booking didn't have a terrace. The rooms are clean, the apartment is well equipped.

In the older apartment (no. 203) the mosquito nets on the windows are mostly torn/not working, but there are mosquitos in the evening. Hopefully it will be repaired/ renewed.

We stayed in the studio apartment, it was just what we needed. Cozy room with a clean and spacious bathroom. Hosts were super nice and helpful. Fresh towels after two days were a pleasant surprise. The street is quiet, located to close to the beaches and within walking distance to the city center. Can only recommend

Location is very good) close to few beaches at once Grocery shop is just 300 m faraway The building/facilities/furniture are good. TV is mostly in German, but there are dozens channels - you’ll get lost:-) Towels/bed sheets are changed regularly The owners are extremely pleasant and friendly Once you get in you will have a few tablets for a dishwasher, soap, rugs, small towels, all kind of dishes (incl. coffee pot, waffles maker, blender + sugar and salt! I’d only added a small bottle of oil for urgent cooking😅 but it’s just a minor comment) and other necessary things at your disposal to run your routine “feel at home” life Summer heat in Rovinj is crazy, though Thank God they have sea to chill🤪

Poor, very poor soundproofing:-( You could hear your neighbors from above cutting veggies on the table. (+doors shuttering, moved chairs, voices, phone calls, door bells and so on) Also wifi signal was not good enough, sometimes there was no connection at all:( I wish I had a room on the 1st floor - was a bit exhausting to climb several staircases in this heat with a little toddler few times a day to get to the room Air conditioner in the living room of 203 is hardly working, never used it in sleeping room though
