Příjemné ubytování se nachází v jedné z uliček přímo ve starém centru města Rovinj. Ubytování je menší, ale dostačující.

Apartmán sme si vybrali už po 4.krát, Nachádza sa priamo v najstaršej časti mesta Rovinj - Starý Grad, ale je pritom dobre dostupný aj pri transfere batožiny, hoci prístup autom nie je možný. V blízkosti sa nachádza centrum mesta, obchody a reštaurácie, na Rivu a k moru je to veľmi blízko - 5 min. Aj keď je na pomerne rušnej uličke, je tam primerane "živo", no celkovo kľud. Apartmán je primerane vybavený, je vhodný i na dlhší pobyt. Má k dispozícii malé pátio a je klimatizovaný
Rozťahovací gauč je už 3.rok pokazený, za práčkou boli ponechané tam padnuté predmety od predchádzajúcich návštevníkov a nebolo tam vyčistené. Nič iné sa však ubytovaniu nedá vytknúť.
