Comfortable beds. Lots of hot water. Great location. Sharon helped us to find free parking. Spacious kitchen. Good children's books. Generally well equipped.
We did not like the broken front door from the street into the stairs which would not close. Nor the broken window on the stairs. We thought the lack of Netflix or Iplayer or any streaming service was poor. We had to hoover the sitting room after moving the settee because there was a lot of rubbish under the settee. The sitting room furniture was not comfortable. No small sharp knife. The bathroom hot tap is a danger especially to children - it gets so hot that it burns the skin. THIS MUST BE SORTED OUT.

There was a mix up with the keys for check in but the host was very helpful, at a late time of night, and sorted it for us. They kindly offered us an extra night for free to make up for the mix up, most appreciated, thank you!

Great location. Parking was easy. Beautiful apartment.
The stairs were the only issue for my elderly mum. If you have no problem with stairs you would be fine.

Not advised re 3 flights stairs, some without handrails. Not suitable for those of limited mobility. No tea towel. Cutlery drawer dirty.
