The location was fabulous! The walkway along the River Ness was a minute away; there was a lovely park right across the street! There were two excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. And, especially appreciated—off street parking!!! The owner was delightful and very helpful. She helped us get a taxi and provided excellent dining suggestions. The breakfast was first-rate: the best bacon we had on a three week trip!
The shower was very small, but serviceable.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and cosy. So much character. Great location. We loved our stay here so much. Our host and her son were so lovely,friendly and helpful. Beautiful was breakfast.

My husband and I honeymooned in Scotland for a week, and this was hands down our favorite place to stay. From the breakfast, the hospitality, to the conversations with the family that owns it, everything was amazing. We would absolutely come back and stay here, and highly recommend it to everyone visiting Inverness. It's also a great location and such an easy walk to the main area of restaurants and bars!
