Sehr schöne Wohnung aber für Senioren ungeeignet.

Die Lage war gut. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Und in die Promenade.

Wir waren alle Senioren. Die Wohnung war durch die über 60 Stufen sehr mühsam zu erreichen. Vor allem mit Gepäck. Also für geheingeschränkte Menschen nicht geeignet. Das Duschwasser konnte nur mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl eingestellt werden. Kaffeemaschine wäre gut gewesen. Die Stühle waren wackelig. Es hätte fast einen Unfall gegeben. Die Renovierung im Treppenhaus war sehr störend und gefährlich. Die freundlichen Handwerker mussten beim Abstieg helfen.

Lokalizacja obiektu oraz olbrzymie przestronne i jasne przestrzenie w apartamencie. To największe atuty wpływające na ocenę.

Na wstępie odstrasza klatka schodowa. Dodatkowo sąsiad prowadził remont generalny o czym gospodarze zapomnieli poinformować przed przyjazdem. Niektóre sprzęty kuchenne zużyte (garnki i patelnie) lub niesprawne (toster, mikrofalówka). Piec do ciepłej wody działa dwufunkcyjnie- albo lodowata woda albo wrzątek. Porada dla kolejnych gości - puścić ciepłą wodę w umywalce wtedy da się coś ustawić stabilnie pod prysznicem. Materace na łózkach mocno zużyte i zbyt miękkie. Jesli ktoś planuje większość czasu spędzić w terenie to te minusy nie powinny przeszkodzić w udanym pobycie.

Sehr groß, sehr modern

Die Dusche im Bad mit Fenster ist kaputt. Wasser läuft aus, das ganze Bad muss gewischt werden. Warmwasser gab es nur selten, Wasserdruck zu gering. Wenn es warmes Wasser gab, ist Temperatur zu heiß. Ein duschen der Kinder unmöglich. Im kleinen Bad ist das Wasserproblem das gleiche, dort kann aber nicht geduscht werden, viel zu eng und Wasser läuft aus.

Bardzo przestronny apartament, Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, Bardzo wygodne łóżka, Dobra lokalizacja, świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania, na plażę Pani w recepcji bardzo miła Idealny dla dwóch rodzin

Pierwszego dnia było troszkę chłodno w pokojach ale po zgłoszeniu problemu właścicielowi wszystko było ok

Gut

Das Appartement war schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel waren sehr gut in Schuss und modern. Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls neu. Die 2 Balkons waren super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wenn man irgendwas benötigte, wurde es umgehend am gleichen Tag erledigt.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, sodass wir erstmal putzen mussten. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig, außerdem war das Appartement im letzten Stock und ohne Fahrstuhl war es sehr mühsam. Die Matratzen sollten unbedingt erneuert werden, sie waren so weich das man bis aufs Bettgestell runter gesunken ist, stellenweise leider auch schon sehr durchgelegen. Warmwasser hat am 1. Tag leider nicht funktioniert. TV Sender gab es leider nur polnische.
