Pobyt uważam za udany mimo niektórych niedociągnięć w apartamencie. Pogoda nam dopisała, zwiedziliśmy okolice bliższa i

Ładnie urządzony apartament. Spoko wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria od kieliszków po szklanki kubki i talerze, patelnię,plus za mikrofalę i zmywarkę.Super lokalizacja obiektu, tuż przy promenadzie i niedaleko morza. Blisko sklep i kawiarnia oraz restauracja. Łóżka w miarę wygodne.

Czystość apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Byliśmy po za sezonem. Było posprzątane po łebkach, na wierzchu.. pod kanapą wylany napój który tam jest od dawna … szklanki wyjęte z szafki też brudne niestety. Jedna z sypialni bez okna, kurzem pachnie jak się tylko wchodzi, więc spanie tam było trudne :(. Parking bardzo wąski i mały, byliśmy dużym autem z rowerami i manewrowanie w garażu trudne. Wielki minus że w ofercie nie było mowy o tym że parking jest dodatkowo płatny 60 zł za dobę !!

Familienzeit Apartment 2.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment, sehr sauber, modern, schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, Schlafmöglichkeit super gelöst, Bad hervorragend und sauber. Größe des Apartments super für 2 Personen. Balkon vorhanden. Nah zur Promenade gelegen.Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Swinemünde ist eine Reise wert

Das Apartment war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren zu Viert, das Schlafsofa war auf der einen Seite leider etwas unbequem, aber zu Dritt ist das Apartment (schlaftechnisch) voll zu empfehlen. Der Balkon war sowohl morgens als auch nachmittags sonnig. Das Apartment ist zentral, wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet. In 5 min ist man an der Promenade/am Strand. Supermarkt ist in 2 min erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Die Tiefgarage ist schon knapp bemessen. Wir fahren einen Kombi. Aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation trotzdem empfehlenswert

Die Ausstattung und die Lage ist einfach super gewesen. Zum Strand und der Strandpromenade ein Katzensprung entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten maximal 150 Meter entfernt.

Die Toilette war ein wenig Gewöhnungsbedürftig für das männliche Geschlecht.

Witam, chciałem podzielić się swoją opinią na temat apartamentu Lissa 16. Wysoki standard apartamentu, czysto schludnie, elegancko, idealne miejsce dla pary która chce pocieszyć się sobą wzajemnie, i spędzić czas w kurorcie nad morzem. Apartament jest 2min. spacerkiem od wejścia na promenadę w Świnoujściu, (wejście na plażę nr 16) wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne by wypocząć, zjeść coś w zaciszu swojego mieszkania, czy wypracować elegancką kreacje na wieczorne wyjście na kolację. Mieszkanie bardzo zadbane ! Widać że mocno dbają o nieruchomość. Obsługa biura na najwyższym poziomie. Gorąco polecam każdemu kto potrafi uszanować cudzą własność i nie dewastuje wynajmowanych lokali 👍🏻 Bardzo chciałbym pochwalić obsługę biura, jestem pełen podziwu sumienności, uczciwości i profesjonalizmu 😉 Dziekuje

Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Apartment und kommen auch sehr gern wieder. Ein Plus ist definitiv die Strand Nähe. Supermarkt ist in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Brak miejsca parkingowego mimo informacji na Bookingu, że miejsce jest i wystarczy je tylko zarezerwować. Mieszkanie bardzo glośne - hałas z ulicy oraz hałas od sąsiadów piętro wyżej. W mieszkaniu kilka uszkodzen które wymagają naprawy (urwana zasłonka pod prysznice dzięki czemu po kapieli trzeba wycierać całą łazienkę), urwane zamknięcie do drzwi.

Positives: -Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe -Lage top man ist in zwei Minuten an der Promenade und am Strand -Terrasse -Sauberkeit -Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Negatives: -zusätzliche Kosten für Endreinigung waren etwas überraschend -enge Tiefgarage -Bett war klein aber bequem

Tolles Apartment, sehr sauber. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Das Apartment liegt in 2. Reihe zur Strandpromenade, ca. 200 m Enfernung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und freundlich. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in der Nähe. Wir konnten dort für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Lage war gut

Eine Wendeltreppe hätte erwähnt werden müssen.Ich bin Jahrgang 1959 und es war sehr beschwerlich die Treppe nutzen zu müssen,vor allem nachts.Bei einer Aussentemperatur von durchschnittlich 15 grad funktionierte keine Heizung mehr.Aber im Treppenhaus gab es sogar eine Fußbodenheizung hat mir aber nichts gebracht.

Schönes großzügiges Appartement

Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung gefallen. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und ziemlich sauber. Die zusätzliche Toilette oben war sehr praktisch. Überall gab es Außenrolladen, die die Wohnung super verdunkelt haben.

Oben im Schlafzimmer war es trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm, da dort den ganzen Tag die Sonne aufs Dach geschienen hat. Bei höheren Temperaturen vermutlich kaum auszuhalten, da die Klimaanlage kaum runterkühlt. Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Außerdem war das Sofa leider sehr unbequem.

Für ein paar Nächte außerhalb der Saison okay.

Die Lage des Appartements war sehr gut und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Es gab zwei Toiletten in der Wohnung und eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile.

Das Appartement war extrem hellhörig und man hörte jedes Husten des Nachbarn. Die Couch war durchgelegen und das Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster. Die Heizung und Lüftung war schwer einzustellen. Der Parkplatz kostet extra pro Tag und der Parkplatz entlang der Straße ist am Wochenende kostenfrei.

Apartament przyjemny i czysty, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Jeżeli chodzi o pokoje i miejsce do spania, to w 5 osób bez problemu się pomieściliśmy. Łóżka wygodne. Plus za dwie łazienki. Parking w garażu. Pomoc telefoniczna w razie potrzeby nawet koło godziny 22 :)

Salon z kuchnią trochę ciasny jak byliśmy na dole wszyscy. Miejsce zabiera ściana z telewizorem na środku. I śniadanie przy stole musieliśmy jeść na zmianę. Ale ogólnie wszystko do ogarnięcia. Z WiFi nie korzystaliśmy, ale Netflixa internet na dwóch telewizorach nie uciągnął. Jak w sypialni na górze był włączony, to na dole była bardzo słaba jakość i tzw. pikseloza.

Hübsche nahe an der Promenade liegende Wohnung.

Die Lage ist perfekt, 5 Minuten bis zur Promenade. Dennoch war es ruhig und wir konnten nachts wunderbar schlafen, da unsere und alle anderen Wohnungen Rollläden haben. Einfach herrlich. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief super. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Deutsches Fernsehen ist auch vorhanden. Auch eine Tiefgarage steht zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.
