Great place close to Promenade and beach

Hotelroom spacious modern and very clean. The location was also very good, close to the promenade and beach. Nice detail that you have chairs and windshield in the room to take to the beach.

It was all pretty good, the only thing was the food selection in the buffet was not always so wide. Missing “Kids food” or sometimes only pork options for dinner. No bacon for breakfast.

The town offers lots of restaurants and a beautiful beach .

Very good location.

It is a run down property that has not been cleaned properly for years. A smell of urine in the bathroom, mould in the shower and dirty carpet. The bed has a broken spring in the mattress, that was fixed the next day, but gave me back pain lasting to present. For the stay of 10 days the sheets were never changed and the towels replaced once on the request. Great disappointment that Booking.com offers property without checking the standards. The price for the stay purchased from Booking. com was 30% higher than hotel sells on its own.

All in all good for that money

The best thing was that it was close to the beach and the restaurants etc. The bed was also really comfortable. We booked breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was good but the dinner was a katastrophe. There was only tea to drink and the food wasn't delicious. I recommend going to the nearby restaurants instead.

The staff wasn't really friendly. This has to improve! The receptionist behaved very unfriendly at our check in and out.

I was treated like a non paying trash beggar at this hotel

Now the lady in the morning was a breath of fresh air a whole new mood. Smiling and open. When i asked her for where to print she simply offered to pringlt for me and somehow rescued my reputation of the hotel from insritution to an individual's problem. She was amazing throughout my check out process.

The night receptionish was horrible to me. Didnt even want to listen that i had a booking telling me tge hotel was full and there was no booking fmor room available for me. When i insisted only then with much rudeness did she give me a room ensuring that i remained knowledgeble that she is doung me a favour like i was not a pating guest. It was so humiliating but i was alone late at night in a foreing language country so had to stay and feel like a beggar than a paying guest. I then asked her if she could print 2 page work document for me that was super urgent to submit by morning or tell me wherw i could find a printers nearby tomorrow morning and she refused all point blank. I have never in my life experienced such humiliation like I was a nobody and still had to stay and accept as if it was fine for anyone to torment me in that manner. (I wish there were cameras to see what this woman does to some guests). The issue was not even that she did not speak English i helped her with google translate from my phone and she used her computer. She even boldly went as fas as to tell me I'm lying by saying I dont speak any Polish or German. That was the end for me with this rude woman and I amost lost it at some stage! Adequate for a budget seaside stay

Convenient location. Decent price for peak season. Clean, comfortable room.

All inclusive was confusing and nobody to ask. Breakfast was minimal, supper buffet limited. Didn't have lunch because was always at beach. No English speaking staff, although I wouldn't expect that. Fluent German was available in addition to Polish.

+ Lage sehr nah an der Promenande und am Strand + Frühstück generell okay, gute Tee-Auswahl + alles sauber, Zimmer ausreichend groß und Betten gemütlich + Preis-Leistung insgesamt noch in Ordnung

- Wellnessbereich nur 1 Stunde pro Tag nutzbar, außerdem gibt es nur 3 relativ ungemütliche Liegen im Ruheraum; auch keine Spur von Aufgüssen oder ähnlichem, keine Saunahandtücher, noch nicht mal eine Toilette -> insgesamt war der Wellnessbereich also eher enttäuschend - die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass wir oft unsere recht lauten Zimmernachbarn gehört haben - das Personal war nicht immer so freundlich und insgesamt eher reserviert, ein "Guten Morgen" wenn man morgens in die Lobby kommt, fände ich schon angebracht - das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, es gab im Prinzip jeden Morgen dasselbe mit nur leichten Abwandlungen

Niestety obsluga nie byla pomocna. Przy check in pani rozmawiala przez telefon i musialam czekac, kiedy przyszla moja kolej pani po prostu podala mi klucz do pokoju i nie wytlumaczyla jak dziala obiekt i jakie sa zasady. Rezerwujac, kierowalam sie faktem, ze w obiekcie byla strefa wellness, kiedy chcialysmy z niej skorzystac, nagle pojawila sie (nowa) pani z recepcji, ktora nakrzyczala na nas, ze trzeba umowic sie na godzine jesli chce sie korzystac z tej strefy - to bardzo popsulo atmosfere.

Świetne miejsce z niewielkim minusem

Przemiła obsługa, dobre jedzenie, strefa wellness. Pokój czysty i komfortowy. Cały hotel jest świeżo po remoncie, więc wszystko jest nowe i zadbane.

Przez dobę nie było dostępne WiFi. Mimo całej uprzejmości personelu, nikt nie podjął próby zorientowania się choćby, w czym jest problem. Jako, że mój pobyt miał charakter służbowy, ta sytuacja była bardzo niekomfortowa.

Hotel po remoncie generalnym może się pokazać. Pani Karolina z recepcji przemiła, cierpliwa, całkowicie nastawiona na klienta. Dobre śniadanie, możliwość korzystania z ze strefy Wellness są wzbogaceniem oferty.

Moj jednoosobowy pokój był tak akustyczny, ze mogłam słyszeć pojedyncze słowa gości z pokoju obok,a co gorsze ich "intymność". Ponadto zachowanie górników (grupa rehabilitacja) miała mówiąc oglądnie mało wspólnego z rehabilitacją

Alles neu und sauber, Tresor im Zimmer, wir hatten Balkon zur Straße, was sehr gut war, da die Sonne auf der Seite ziemlich den ganzen Tag scheint. Sehr gutes Essen, Frühstück wie Abendessen. Liegestühle und Windschutz auf dem Zimmer. Genug Schränke für so ein kleines Zimmer.

Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, aber Wasser und Kaffee, sowie Tee nur als Willkommen Gruß, was man wissen sollte. Toiletten Spülung zu stark eingestellt vom Wasserdruck, wobei das Bad bisschen doll nass wird, bei der Dusche zu wenig Wasserdruck. Wellness Bereich ist zu klein. Gletscher Eis ging nicht. Keine Sauna Handtücher extra, die müssten unten ausliegen, sowie etwas zu trinken.

Lokalizacja i możliwość skorzystania z opcji pokoju jednoosobowego.

Pomimo tego, że na zdjęciu pokój jednoosobowy posiadał balkon, ten, który został mi przydzielony był bez balkonu, co latem ogranicza jednak komfort. Poza tym, trwające nocami w okolicy dancingi i towarzyszącą im głośną muzyka znacznie utrudniały wypoczynek nocny. Z kolei powrót po 22.00, z uwagi na zamykanie na noc obiektu, wprawiał w dyskomfort. Trzeba było dzwonić i oczekiwać na przyjście recepcjonisty, który wybudzony, niekoniecznie był zadowolony, co powodowało, że można się było poczuć jak intruz. Śniadania też bez rewelacji. Poza tym odmówiono mi wystawienia faktury przy meldowaniu, twierdząc, że skoro wcześniej zapłaciłam przelewem, to jest to już niemożliwe, bo spowodowałoby komplikacje dla księgowości.

Hotel bardzo zadbany, nowe wyposażenie we wszystkich pomieszczeniach, czysto i przyjemnie. Śniadania i obiadokolacje urozmaicone.

Brak parkingu i miejsca do zatrzymania się przy wyładunku bagaży. Brak też ogródka i stolików na zewnątrz. Zamiast basenu jacuzzi :)

Цілком задоволена перебуванням в цьому готелі. Він після ремонту - все новеньке, чистеньке. Є ліфт на вході для інвалідів та ліфт у самому готелі. Вікна виходили у двір і галасу зовсім не було. Коли закривали вікна, то вмикали кондиціонер(працює добре). Дуже сподобалось, що в номері були пляжна ширма та пляжний шезлонг. Також в номері є халати і водичка. Ліжка роз'їжджаються, але там є Кріплення, яке закріпить колеса і ви вдвох будете гарно спати. Привітливий персонал. Ми залишили другу картку в номері і прибиральниця ненароком забрала. На рецепції це питання швидко вирішили і нам все повернули (краще не залишати в номері). Номер прибирали кожного дня. Приміщення SPA входить у вартість. Сауна, джакузі, інфрачервона сауна (IR-сауна) та соляна кімната - все в гарному стані (ми все спробували). Смачні сніданки, які теж входять у вартість проживання (ми наїдались, ще й каву смачну після пили). До моря йти 5хв. Поруч Променада, де знаходяться всі заклади на різні смаки.

Я б не сказала, що це заважає відпочинку чи впливає на оцінку. Але є 2 пунктика, які нам не сподобались. У коридорі був неприємний запах від килима і дуже тонкі подушки(але комусь може це буде плюсом)

Super schönes Hotel.

Sehr gute Lage. Konnte alles erlaufen werden. Strand sehr nah, Promenade nah(wer gerne tanzt kam auf seine Kosten) , aber ab 22 Uhr trotzdem ruhig, zum Hafen ist es auch nur ca 25 Minuten entfernt Frühstück war gut. Abendbrot sehr gut, polnische Gerichte, leckerer Kuchen sehr Abwechslungsreich. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Whirlpool, Sauna, Salzraum, Infrarotkammer. In meinem Paket hatte ich wohl 10 Anwendungen mit gebucht (das is ein bissl untergegangen aufgrund von meinem Nichtwissen)Einmal war abends ein Geigenkonzert im Hotel. Parkhaus fanden wir für 10 € am Tag in einem Nachbarhotel. Wir fanden es wirklich sehr sehr toll und können es ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen. Achja zwei Strandliegen und ein Windschutz war auch zu finden im Zimmer, Klimaanlage und Fön gab es auch, Tresor und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Sah alles sehr neu und gepflegt aus.

Strandnahes Hotel, polnische Ostsee , Ausszeit

Die Lage, kurze Wege zur Promenade und dem Strand. Hotel scheint komplett neu renoviert zu sein. Alles modern . Zimmer für 2 Personen top. Uns ist besonders positiv aufgefallen, dass eine Strandabgrenzung und Liegestühle im Zimmer zum Mitnehmen da waren. Frühstück zu empfehlen, alles vorhanden und auch noch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit. Frisch und lecker. Wir würden hier her definitiv wieder kommen. Parkplatz Situation wie überall angespannt, aber lösbar. Im Umkreis einige Parkplätze zu haben ( wir hatten 4 Tage für 80€ fanden wir akzeptabel ) Man muss etwas suchen.

Wenn es überhaupt was zu „kriteln „gebe, das Bad ist schön aber sehr klein. Nutzung des Waschbeckens und der Toiletten Spülung verursacht immer eine kleine Überschwemmung. Waschbecken zu klein , Spülung Wasserdruck wahrscheinlich zu hoch….

В отеле после ремонта всё чисто и красиво. Новая мебель, красивый дизайн. Всё блестит от чистоты и новизны. Ванная комната небольшая, но уютная и функциональная. Много места для личных вещей. Персонал очень вежливый. И место положения отеля тоже понравилось. Он находится чуть поодаль от береговой линии, поэтому здесь тихо и спокойно. Вывод: приедем сюда ещё обязательно!😀
