Piękny apartament, o wysokim standardzie wykończenia, niespotykanym przy lokalach na najem. Wysoka jakość użytych materiałów, piękna kolorystyka z doborem najmniejszych detali (począwszy od szkła do picia, po leżaki w tonacji wykończenia lokalu). Wyposażony w pełni. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Wszystko nowe. Bezproblemowe zdalne zameldowanie. Kontakt z gospodarzem szybki. Standard przewyższył moje oczekiwania i spowodował, że chętnie tu wrócę.
Jedyną rzeczą jest malutka łazienka, a zwłaszcza zlew. Mi to osobiście nie przeszkadzało, ale dla większej osoby lub przy pobycie z maluchami może to być kłopotliwe. Niuans, który absolutnie nie zaważył na wysokiej ocenie tego apartamentu.

Wir haben die zwei Etagen Ferienwohnung gebucht: sehr moderne, neue, üppige Ausstattung. Sehr geräumiger Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon in der oberen Etage, zweiter Balkon mit Infrarot Heizstrahler in der unteren Etage- Top! Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ( mit 16,00€/ Tag teuer). Gute Lage direkt am Park. Großer Abstellraum mit Regalen in der oberen Etage.
Sehr schmale, steile Treppe in die obere Etage (schwierig mit großen Koffern zu erklimmen). Badezimmer extrem klein, gut ausgestattet aber absolut unpraktisch- beim Duschen wird der Raum permanent überflutet, Mini Waschbecken ist selbst für Gäste WC klein. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur per SMS möglich- sehr unpersönlich und pragmatisch. Keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung (auch sonst im Haus nicht zugänglich).

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!
