Obiekt jest zespolonym apartamentowcem, gdzie są właściwie i wynajmujący. Mieszkanie prawie nowe z osobną sypialnią i połączonym salonem z kuchnią. Dla 4 osób OK.
Awarie windy i systemu alarmowego. Palenie papierosów na balkonach, przez co zaciągało do pokojów tytoń w nocy.

Piękny, nowoczesny nowy obiekt, dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu park oraz sklep spożywczy a spacerkiem dojdziemy szybko na promenadę czy plażę. Apartament dobrze wyposażony.

Die Ausstattung und die Liebe zum Detail in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr zugesagt, auch die Lage waren top. Es war unkompliziert und hat sich einfach angefühlt.
Es war sehr warm in der Unterkunft, zum Glück gab es eine Klimaanlage aber leider war diese Kaputt bzw. hat regelmäßig sehr unangenehme Geräusche gemacht im Abstand von 30 Sek. Auch mit offenen Fenster konnte man nicht wirklich schlafen weil unweit vom Zimmer eine Bar bis in die Nacht gefeiert hat.
