New, clean and tidy, enough room for 2+2 family.

We had very nice stay at Ambria apartment. New, clean and tidy, enough room for 2+2 family. Kids (12+16) fit well to sleep on sofa bed in the living room and there was very comfortable wide bed in the bedroom. Kitchen has all the needed equipment, dishes and etc. Guy from the reception was super friendly and helpful.Apartment itself is located a bit far from the main promenade, beach and old town - around 1,5km to walk. But it is a nice walk through small streets and parks. For us it was not a problem. Parking around the building was free. Lidl is 300m to walk.

Awesome apartment!

Everything was absolutely top notch, from furniture, functionality, overall equipment to color selection! What really excited me was the amazingly clever use of space (square meters as well as hight) and a level of execution regarding interior design (materials, interplay of materials) I did not expect that high. Someone really had a concept here.

The only con is the missing view as it’s located on the 2nd floor of the building.

Schöne Weihnachtstage im Tauer

Das war unser fünfte mal,daß wir die Weihnachtstage und Sylvester im Platan Tauer (Apt.114) ferbtacht haben. Alles war,wie immer echt super schön. Es ist ein Einzimmer Apt.ausgestattet,mit allem,was man braucht.Sehr modern eingerichtet mit unwiderstehlichen Meerblick und Die Stadt.Die Ein und Ausscheidung .problemlos,schnell und super freundlich. Wir hatten etwas zu niedrigen Wasser Druck im Bad,,wurde aber sofort durch netten Hr.Aleksander beseitigt.👍

Ein schöner Herbst Urlaub! Swinemünde hat uns wieder gut gefallen.

Das ist unser 2. Urlaub in einem Apartment im Platan Tower, im diesen Jahr in einem anderen größeren Apartment mit extra Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung dieses Apartment hat uns wieder super gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber gewesen. Bäcker und Einkaufmöglichkeiten alles in der Nähe! Im Badezimmer eine sehr schöne große Regenwald Dusch Kabine, mit viel Abstellmöglichkeiten!

1 Handtuch mehr für die Hände wäre schön gewesen. Nur kleine Dinge! Auf hohen Niveau!

Zentrale moderne Wohnung im Tower

Das Appartement liegt ideal.genau in der Mitte rechts zum Hafen.links zum Polenmarkt und geradeaus zum Strand.sehr viele Restaurants und Bars.gutes Essen und sehr lecker 😋.waren im siebten Stock im Tower.eine tolle Aussicht.hier ist LIDL um die Ecke.und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Thai Massage unten im Tower sehr zu empfehlen.Auot kann man Kostenlos in der Straße stehen lassen.Schlüssel Übergabe sehr gut und alles geklappt.immer wieder gerne.eine sehr schöne Stadt .Die Betten waren sehr gut.

Wenn der Fahrstuhl Strom Ausfall hat ist es ein langer Weg bis oben.... keine Eierbecher in der Wohnung aber sonst alles da...

Super apartament

Piękny, przyjazny apartament z osobną sypialnią, dobrze wyposażony, z klimatyzacją i balkonem. W aneksie kuchennym wszystko co potrzebne: lodówka, zmywarka, toster, kuchenka, ekspres przelewowy, dużo naczyń. Wygodny prysznic z deszczownicą. Sypialnia przyjemna, wygodne miękkie łóżko. Cicha okolica. Dwie windy w budynku. Znakomicie skomunikowany autobusowo z każdym ważnym miejscem w mieście (centrum, promenada, dworzec PKP). Bardzo uprzejmy i uczynny zarządca apartamentu.

Tylko dwie rolki papieru toaletowego i dwie kapsułki do zmywarki na tydzień, ale zostaliśmy o tym wcześniej poinformowani, więc nie było zaskoczenia.

Große Fenster, viel Licht/ helle Räume. Großer Wohn/ Essbereich. Sehr zentral, ruhig, von den umliegenden Wohnungen. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit und Bereitschaft des Personals, bei Problemen.

Sehr laut, an der Hauptstraße / durch Kiosk gegenüber - mit offenen Fenster schlafen kaum möglich. Wenig Schrank für Kleidung, für 2 Schlafzimmer.

Schöner Urlaub am Meer

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sauber war ebenfalls sehr. Bis zum Strand sind wir gute 15 Minuten gelaufen, dies hat uns aber nichts ausgemacht. Der Check In verlief super und der Stellplatz war auch super. Im Gesamten hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Leider hatten wir nur 1,5 Rollen Toilettenpapier und 2 Spülmaschinentabs. Bei dem wenigen Geschirr ist das viel zu wenig und wir verstehen nicht wieso bei so etwas so gespart wird.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Ostsee!

Wir hatten in der 13. Etage ein Zwei-Zimmer-Appartement ohne Balkon mit Meerblick. TOP. Alles sehr schick eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder kleiner 12 Jahre alt) ist es am Ende ein wenig zu klein (man bedenke an Koffer, etc.). Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war ausreichend, aber nicht wirklich gemütlich mit zwei Personen. Für eine Person aber gut. Das Badezimmer hat eine bodenlose Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit einem kleinen Geschirrspüler. Es gab Geschirrspülertabs. Alles neuwertig. Es gibt einen Staubsauger, einen Wäscheständer, Haartrockner, Klopapier. Jeweils Fernseher in den Zimmern. Das Internet hat auch gut funktioniert. Zwei Fahrstühle im Gebäude vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe ist um die Ecke im Büro. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Wohnsiedlung sind knapp aber vorhanden, ansonsten besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Tiefgaragen-Parkplatz kostenpflichtig zu buchen. Wir haben aber immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft gefunden.

Stauraum für vier Personen und längerem Aufenthalt nach unserem Geschmack zu wenig. Kaum Haken zum Anhängen von Kleidungsstücken bzw. im Badezimmer wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Der Lärm von der Hauptstraße bei offenem Fenster, insbesondere Abends/Nachts ist nicht für jeden. Aber war ok, nix dramatisches.

God beliggenhed, praktisk indretning

Vi havde en skade som var forårsaget af at en komode med fladskærm TV ovenpå væltede over et barn. Der skete dog kun det at TV gik i stykker. Reolen var ikke ikke forsvarlig sikret til væggen og skuffene som barnet trak ud forårsagede at det hele væltede. En voksen ville ikke have gjordt dette, men samtidig var det ikke sikret, specielt når ejer havde et fladskærm TV ovenpå komoden. Der var ikke noget at diskutere og vi måtte påtage os udgifterne af nyt TV.

- Mobiliar teilweise durchlebt - zu wenig Besteck etc. - sehr laut bzw. hellhörig ( gerade von der Hauptstraße) - Beleuchtung teilweise ohne Funktion bzw. Zu grelles Licht

Tolle Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zentrale Lage, alles sauber und gepflegt, Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine) sehr familienfreundlich. Es gab genügend Stauraum für unsere Sachen. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise erfolgte problemlos.

Nur kleine Mankos- wir alle empfanden die Kopfkissen als zu hoch und fest und haben ohne Kissen geschlafen. Es gab zu wenige Halterungen für die Handtücher, der vorgesehene Handtuchständer aus dem Bad ist defekt und der Wäscheständer ist rostig.

Bardzo miło spędzony wypoczynek

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Bardzo funkcjonalny, czysty duży apartament. Ładnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Praktycznie wszystko co potrzebne do wygodnego pobytu i funkcjonowania jest dostępne. A co dla mnie było istotne to przede wszystkim cisza. Jak dla mnie bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu. Położony niemal w centrum Świnoujścia. Większość atrakcji jak promenada, port itp. praktycznie jest dostępna w promieniu 2km. W bezpośredniej sąsiedztwie jest kilka sklepów, kawiarnia i kilka punktów gastronomicznych. Dobry kontakt i bardzo miła obsługa.

Das große Wohnzimmer Waschmaschine

Die Toilette. Total eng zum sitzen. Man hätte die Toilette weiter zur Wand anmontieren sollen und nicht zur Waschmaschine. Toilettenpapierhalter wäre von Vorteil Besteck teilweise nicht sauber Das Bett im linken Zimmer wo auch eine Kammer ist, war sehr unbequem und laut.

Tolle Sicht auf die Ostsee, modernes Apartment, ruhige Zeit in der Vorsaison

App. 102 hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Großzügiges Apartment für 2 Personen, genügend Stauraum im Kleiderschrank, großer TV, bequeme Couch. In der Vorsaison gibt es genügend kostenlose Parkplätze um das Gebäude. Internet hat super funktioniert. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Fußläufig gibt es Bäcker, Restaurant, Spielplatz, Polenmarkt ect. Zum Strand und Promenade läuft man ca. 20 Minuten.

Ablagefläche in der Dusche wäre schön, etwas mehr Geschirr/Besteck.
