The flat is located in the closed and guarded Platan complex, built in 2010 in the recreational area of Świnoujście and surrounded by a park with planted plane trees, from which the name of the estate comes. In the immediate vicinity of the Platan Manor complex is the largest outdoor playground in Świnoujście, which is loved by children - a perfect place for family recreation; and in the immediate vicinity - a playroom for children with a café for parents. There are shops nearby, such as Biedronka or LIDL, as well as a rich gastronomic offer of numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, the flat is only 700 metres from the Polish-German border crossing and the nearby UBB train station allows you to move freely towards Germany.
