Great stay

Great location. Loved watching the boats and sitting out on the large patio. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and close to lots of restaurants and stores.

Not a big deal, but you have to pick up/drop off the keys at a different location.

Great location in central Swinoujscie and phenomenal view from the balcony. The beach is a short bike ride or 20 minute walk away. Parking space is provided.

To pick up the keys and return them, you need to go to a reception about 20 minutes walking distance from the location, which is a bit of a hassle.

The appartament was excellent, modern, clean with everything you need and perfect location with supermarkets like Biedronka and Lidl just 2 minutes away and a short walk to ferry, shopping centre, cafes, restaurant and park.Walk to the beach only 18 minutes.

Der Blick aus dem Fenster, auf den Hafen war schön. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war geschmackvoll und neuwertig

Die Heizung lief Tag und Nacht, dass hat den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Als wir es meldeten, kamen zwar sofort 'Handwerker' mit Schraubendrehern und meinten es repariert zu haben - leider nicht

Tolle Wohnung und erholsame Nächte

Wirklich eine tolle Lage und der Ausblick auf den Hafen fantastisch. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Die Schlafcouch die einige Gäste bemängeln hatten wurde durch eine neue,moderne sehr bequeme Couch ersetzt ! Ich habe sehr gut schlafen können,vielen Dank :) Gerne wieder!

Ein super schönes Appartement, mit Stil und Geschmack eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, diesmal auch die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten haben bestimmt Härtegrad 4, was für uns perfekt war. Alles wirkt ziemlich neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ładny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji z piekielną temperaturą z powodu nie działającej klimatyzacji

Bardzo dobre miejsce, niedaleko na plażę praktycznie ścisłe centrum. W okolicy dużo knajpek i kafejek. Prywatny parking w budynku, możliwość pozostawienia rowerów za zamkniętą bramą (warto mieć swoją kłódkę). Ogromny taras na 5 piętrze to praktycznie osobna przestrzeń do posiedzeń z widokiem na port wojskowy i rzekę Świna.

Mimo nowoczesnego budynku liczne awarie, widać że po budowie i umeblowaniu nic się nie zmieniło. Poobijane ściany, brakujące wyposażenie kuchenne czy niedziałający zamek w toalecie są utrudniające ale do zniesienia. Nie do zniesienia natomiast jest to, że w apartamencie za 700 zł za noc klimatyzacja nie działa. Brak jej czynnika chłodzącego i ustawienie 18 stopni daje efekt wiatraka w piekarniku z termoobiegiem. Okna są od strony słonecznej oraz piąte piętro powoduje, że w apartamencie było 36 stopni Celsjusza. Miejsce praktycznie nie do wytrzymania, szczególnie z dziećmi. Nocleg w takiej temperaturze to niestety nieporozumienie.

Świetne miejsce na bazę wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy Wolin i Uznam.

Fantastyczne położenie przy porcie. Świetna baza wypadowa dla nas jeżeli chodziło o podróże do zwiedzania niemieckiego wybrzeża. Również świetna lokalizacja na wypad do Międzyzdrojów czy Wolina, prosto na trasę bez zbędnego kręcenia się po mieście. Spacerkiem do plaży 10 minut. Dla nas to była świetna opcja ponieważ nie o plażowanie w maju chodzi 😅

Nie podobało nam się, że mieliśmy tylko tydzień wolnego i musieliśmy wyjeżdżać. 🥰

Immer wieder gerne!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und recht groß mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern. Die Küche war vollständig mit allen nötigen Elektrogeräten und sogar ein Geschirrspüler war mit dabei, das war uns sehr wichtig, damit nach dem Essen nicht immer jemand noch alles abspülen musste. Vom Gefühl her wurde die Wohnung erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert, der Backofen wurde scheinbar vorher auch noch nicht genutzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Apartment bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Check-In und Check-Out werden leider nicht vor Ort durchgeführt sondern in einem fast 2km entfernten Büro. Das geht schon besser, zum Beispiel mit Schlüsseltresor, wie an den anderen Zimmern im selben Haus bereits vorhanden. Ansonsten war aber alles top.

Baltyk Bay View ist schon topp

Wir waren schon das vierte Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Schöner Blick über den Hafen, saubere Zimmer wo alles vorhanden ist. Außerdem einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage was wir sehr schätzen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. An regnerischen Tagen, TV mit deutschen Programmen. Wenn Preis und Leistung so bleiben, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist arg durchgesessen und sollte mal getauscht werden.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der tollen Wohnung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großes Badezimmer und vor allem die ebenerdige Dusche ist sehr wichtig wenn man etwas eingeschränkt in der Bewegung ist. Für uns ist die zentrale Lage am Hafen mit schönen Restaurants in der Nähe sehr gut, auch wenn eine Straße lang geht. Es gibt immer was zu sehen mit Schiffen und Fähren.

Die Toilettenbrille passt nicht zur Toilettenform, deshalb muss beim Spülen aufgepasst werden, dass kein Wasser rüber schwabbt. Das war aber das Einzige was nicht ganz so gut war.

Przyjemnie i klimatycznie :).

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja z widokiem na rzekę i port. Piękne widoki szczególnie wieczorem. 5. piętro to nie problem, bo w budynku jest widna. Wielki plus za miejsce w podziemnym garażu. Apartament bardzo przestronny, jasny (okno na całą ścianę). Olbrzymi taras, w okresie letnim do wykorzystania meble ogrodowe. Klimatyzacja zarówno w salonie, jak i sypialni. Wyposażenie na kilkudniowy pobyt wystarczy, ale przydałoby się doposażyć kuchnię. Warto pomyśleć o kuchence mikrofalowej.

Drobiazg - detale w postaci poduszek na sofie w salonie czy koc. W niektórych miejscach widać, że wyposażenie nieco się zużyło, ale nie miało to wpływu na funkcjonowanie apartamentu. Być może dla niektórych problemem będą miękkie materace w łóżku, które jest złożone z dwóch oddzielnych. Nas jakoś plecy nie bolały :).
