We loved staying here, centrally loacted within easy reach of all the main sites and in a characterful, historic apartment. The house is ideally located in a quieter area between the more touristed part of Plaka to the south and busy Monastiraki to the north. It's entered through an attractive, garden courtyard off a quiet street. The bedroom and living room (we stayed in the "Exceptional Apartment") overlook a busier street with restaurants but we weren't disturbed by this as the rooms have double glazing and the restaurants quietened down after 11pm - you can also see the Acropolis from these windows! The apartment is well furnished with antiques and a very comfotable bed and, although we didn't make much use of it, the kitchenette was well equiped for preparing simple meals. Correspondence with the host and check-in (using a keybox) was very easy.

From all the information they provided before the check-in till check-out everything was just perfect. We loved the apartment. Super super central, 1 min. walk from Plaka stairs and 5.'min to all other attractions. You'll find everything you need. Coffee,tea, clean towels, shampoo, blankets for 4. A warm goodbye by the owner was a plus at the end. Can't wait to be back!!
