Great location and spacious

There was no personal contact and felt officious. Pay extra to arrive early - which we didn’t”t need, what time are you arriving - did it really matter because it was self check-in. Make sure you put all the rubbish in the kitchen bin. Not serviced over four days. An email checking that we were happy and asking if there is anything we need. I requested a tea towel for the kitchen, as there were no tea towels. Response was sorry we don’ provide tea towels in a nicely equipped kitchen. And then the toilet flush started playing up. I messaged and got no response. I rang and was told they would send someone to look. Apparently someone came and they said nothing was wrong with the toilet. It was a modern apartment, with a modern toilet that worked well for two days and then the manages denied that there was a problem. Not great to get up in the morning and have problems flushing the loo!

They could have provided a sheet to put over the top of the sofa bed rather than just providing a doona. Coffee would have been nice with some milk capsules at it’s nice to have these available when you first arrive.

Great location, beautiful apartment great facilities. The staff were great and communicated quickly. Would recommend this place and if ever back in Athens will rebook
