The studio’s location is perfect! Great value for money.

There was good communication and kindness from the host; the location is wonderful; the studio is spacious; it has a terrace with a beautiful view of the Acropolis.

I think it’s important to point out that there is no elevator and the studio is on the second floor. For those traveling with elderly people, people with disabilities, or heavy luggage, this could be an issue. Another point is that the shower had no door and the water pressure was quite weak, although the water did heat properly.

Great location and lovely staff

Loved the rooftop area. The apartment was nice, it was clean and the staff were both friendly and responsive.

Being central it was a bit noisy with restaurants doing bins just after midnight etc. Not the fault of the property - though next time I would try and get one of the rooms on a higher than ground floor.

Fantastic location great hosts and super room and terrace

Fantastic location in the Plaka, walking distance to most of the main attractions and the train station to get further afield. Hosts and staff are brilliant and the rooftop terrace is the best in the area by far. great restaurants in all direction and enough shopping for anyone. The place really made our week in Athens most enjoyable

Amazing location and views of the Acropolis!

Our flight was delayed from London by a few hours and the host was quite annoyed by this as he did not live at the property. Slightly awkward way to begin the trip for my family - perhaps install a key safe? I also found the apartment to be quite expensive in comparison to Naxos and Paros.

So please I trusted the earlier reviews and booked this for our 5 night stay in Athens. It was perfect.

This wonderful set of apartments is set right in the middle of Plaka, surrounded by many shops and tavernas. Although central it is quiet when in the room so no problems with sleeping. Aside from the great location the property has large rooftop terrace with 360 degree vies of the city if Athens and the Acropolis

The only fault we could find was the lack of a mirror in the main bedroom.

Lovely apartment with amazing rooftop terrace in the beautiful Plaka area

This apartment is in a fantastic location in Plaka, at the foothills of the Acropolis with lots of bars and restaurants all around. It was small but very comfortable with a small outdoor area. The terrace on the rooftop of the building was absolutely amazing, with views to the Acropolis and plenty of tables and seating. The apartment had a small kitchenette, was very clean and serviced daily. The owner, Sakis, was a pleasure to deal with, he was always responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative I can say about this apartment is that whilst there was a small kitchenette with hot plates, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle etc, there were no cooking utensils so options for making a meal were limited. Was still very handy top have the kitchen facility though.

Charming property with excellent location

This was an excellent location and we could walk to everything. The building is adorable and Sakis our host was very helpful. The rooftop patio was gorgeous at night and we’d definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for our family of 4.

Additional mirrors would be helpful for getting dressed. Also, while I appreciate trying to conserve energy, it was always hot when we got back at the end of the day. There was only 1 key and if it left the room the electric turned off.

Location, comfort and safety! Everything you could possibly need to stay at the Plaka!

We stayed in Room 1 on ground level with an entrance on side street. What it lacked in view was made up for simply walking into a cool room from the 34C street. (Though the air conditioner does not run while you are gone.) Four flights of stairs will give you an amazing view. We were literally around the corner from the most photographed street and the north entrance to the Acropolis. All that you need is available to make a simple meal and the French press was perfect to take to the roof for morning coffee. 20 steps away was a breakfast restaurant- if you prefer. Go to Zorbes for dinner the mixed grill will make other jealous!

Excellent location and communication

The location was absolute perfection! We were just below Anafiotika and the Acropolis, just beside the Plaka Steps, and within a 10-15 min walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Sakis was a joy to meet, and we also got to chat with the owner over the phone, who was also so sweet. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, too. The rooftop was incredible. We had 3 units for our 13 guests.

Beautiful location and easy to access room. Centrally located in the middle of one of the oldest (and prettiest) Athens neighborhoods. The rooftop is a must see, lots of space to sit and a wonderful view of the whole area.

A fantastic location and charming property in Plaka, and a gracious host who made our trip perfect!

The location was absolutely perfect! Nestled along a quiet street, but just steps away from the lively Plaka neighborhood, and about 2 short blocks from the magical Plaka stairs with all the restaurants tucked into the mountainside leading up to the Acropolis. This neighborhood has EVERYTHING. Charming narrow streets, restaurants, shops. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis. And you can get to the bustling Monastiraki neighborhood as well in about 10 minutes by foot. The apartment was spotless. And perhaps the best part was the host - Sakis!! He was so helpful with everything, and gave GREAT local recommendations. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this property. I'll definitely return.

Location, location was excellent! Close to Acropolis, excellent restaurants and shopping. Rooftop view in evening of Acropolis lit up was fantastic with a little wine and crackers.

There was no elevator but considering the character of the building it was only 1 flight to our room. Not a big deal in our opinion.
