About this apartment rental
Enjoy the elegance of a modern era while staying in this Neoclassical home. Beautifully decorated , original stone walls, luxury furniture, and a stunningly unique original bathroom mixed with modern materials.
At the historical location of Plaka, the oldest neighborhood of Athens, we built with much love and respect a luxury building of 6 suites and apartments, called Meno Residences. This is Meno residence A1 on the first floor and we will be with you for a unique experience in Athens, Greece.
This modern, sun-drenched apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Admire the crisp, contemporary decor of the open-plan living space and take in the peaceful surroundings. Τhe house had three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms, a balcony overlooking Apollonos street and a nice terrace. All the materials are new and selected one by one to offer you an excellent stay and an unforgettable experience. Everyday you can have access to the shared terrace to stare the view.
The building dates since 1932 and it is a fantastic and also typical Neoclassical interwar structure. We made a strong team surrounded by architects, interior designers, archeologists and mechanics and we are glad we final got the exact result we had in mind. The renovation was completed in the summer of 2022 and since July we are ready to host you on our little gem, in the heart of Athens!
My residence is in the historical center of Athens. This means that all attractions are within walking distance. Parking is hard to find in the center of Athens, but there is a private one next to our property with an extra cost. The supermarket is 150 meters away and there is a pharmacy right next to it. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops and the local market, everything is right at your feet. The Acropolis in 7 minutes, Monastiraki in 3 minutes, Syntagma in 4 minutes, Metro in 3 minutes.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels and bathrobes for every single of you.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned and full heated while there is 24/7 hot water.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Monastiraki and Syntagma are the nearest metro stations and the bus station is 100 meters away.
As very centrally located, there is a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants
Smoking is not allowed
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
There is a parking lot with an additional fee nearby

We had a wonderful stay at the property. George was there to greet us. He needed to enter the apartment to do some external maintenance and he respected our privacy and acted as if he was a guest in OUR home. The amenities were great. AC worked exceptionally well. Elevator was perfect to get from ground to 1st floor. Only complaint would be the first 5 steps to go up from street level to ground floor. We felt very safe and could walk to every place we wanted to go within 10 min. I would recommend again and again. Eirina was so patient and helpful to plan transportation from the airport and to our port. Alex was our driver and his boss, Meletis took us on a city driving tour. Eirina planned the whole thing, answering all my questions to plan all we needed. My dad lived sitting on the balcony and reading. Noise level was very loud in the apartment before the back bedroom 1 night. Street noise typical for that location of convenience. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Our tour to the Acropolis was fantastic and Vassillis was our driver to Sourino to Temple of Posidean the night we arrived for sunset. I can't say enough great things. 5 stars

The check-in process was very easy, and the apartment was beautiful and well-appointed. The host was also extremely helpful in arranging transfers from the port and to the airport. Would definitely recommend!
