Excellent stay - Good value.

The location in the heart of Polanco was excellent plus only a stone’s throw to Av Paseo de la Reforma. The room looked over the street so we were concerned about traffic noise but there was excellent double glazing and the road was not as busy as we had thought.

We did not find anything that affected our stay. Perhaps some of the carpet in the halls had seen better days but nothing worse.

Overcharge ruined my experience.

The location was fine. A quiet corner of the neighborhood with a couple of nearby convenience shops, outdoor eateries and close to Antara Mall. Just steps from MetroBus 7.

The hotel's wifi was spotty. The hotel charged me a higher rate than indicated by the confirmation from Booking. I have the documentation I need to dispute the charge with my credit card and I will do that upon returning to the states.

location was great

the staff. the day we arrive they told us that they didn’t had a reservation for us, and that there even was a waiting list due to F1. after complaining with booking our rooms mysteriously appear 1 to 1. then they want is to charge us F1 rate, even if in booking the price was much lower, we had to talk to the hotel administration to complaint, but the receptionist remained rude and not polite.
