This is a private apartment within a 2 star hotel belonging to a different name and conpany.

The location is great.

- These are badly maintained service apartments within a 2 star hotel/motel. - There are large portable AC connected to windows which prevents you from closing the blinds from the inside, so the light always shines through to the bedrooms. - you can’t leave or enter the hotel that the apartment is part of (separate company) unless someone lets you in and out. If it’s late in the night, you have to yell hola a few times to get someone to wake up. - housekeeping is of course not included.

Great location but service and facility could be improved

The location was great and it’s spacious

1. The shower drains did not work. One was fixed after one day and the other one remained flooded. The maintenance person came back to work on it and said there’s nothing else he could do. So all guests had to shower in one shower during the entire stay. 2. The kitchen faucet had only hot water, no cold water. The maintenance person came to work on it for a few hours and couldn’t solve the problem. 3. The heater was extremely loud. 4. The window shades would not close fully so the rooms remained bright at night. 5. There was no cleaning or any house service provided.

Location was perfect. It was in a nice safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping and close to museums and parks. The apartment was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Localização fantástica! Equipe de funcionários excepcional! Cafe da manhã muito bom.

Cama muito dura. Parecia estar dormindo no chão. Foi feita uma gambiarra para colocar ar condicionado e isso cancelou o efeito das janelas antirruído. Como o apartamento ficava diretamente virado para a rua, ficou impossível dormir, por causa do barulho, todas as noites. Apesar de dizerem, no próprio Booking, que há limpeza diária, eles não enviaram camareiras todos os dias. Elas só foram depois que eu mostrei a foto que fazia essa propaganda. Assim mesmo, faltou papel higiênico e elas não trocaram as toalhas todos os dias. Finalmente, deve-se ressaltar que o empreendimento não pertence todo a Capitalia. E parece que a administração da Suítes Obelisko fora da Capitalia é bem mais competente.

Primero la ubicación, en un barrio clásico de la Cd. de México, el personal desde el vigilante del acceso , todos muy amables, atentos en cualquier contratiempo y ayudando a resolver, de verdad , para un viaje futuro espero repetir mi alojamiento con ustedes.

Un lugar muy lindo y bien ubicado, con deficiencias serias de comunicación de Booking con el lugar.

La ubicación y la atención del personal, menos una persona que estaba cuando llegamos a hospedarnos. Eran dos, Edmundo muy amable, el otro un patán que solo nos dijo "llamen a Capitalia" esto no es aqui

Lo primero que no me gustó fue el pésimo servicio de Booking que solamente me envió un número de confirmación y de desentendió. al llegar nos percatamos que nuestra unidad no era propiamente del hotel, sino de Capitalia, no teníamos la clave de acceso ni nada parecido. muy mal Booking. la segunda cosa fue falta de pulcritud en las unidades, así como una cortina mal instalada que se desprendió dándonos un susto tremendo. Importante señalar el pésimo diseño del camastrón o base de la cama, con picos afilados que lastiman las espinillas innecesariamente, esa parte del mobiliario malísima.
