This three-story duplex features a rooftop deck and balconies on every level. Enjoy celebrating the sunrises over the Bay each morning and sunsets over the Gulf every evening during your stay here. Blue Water Escape is a lovely property with lots of natural light from the many windows throughout the property, many with views of the Gulf and Bay! From the balconies on each floor, you can smell the salt air and observe the waves rolling as this unit is just one house away from the beach.
A game station and a ping pong table offer fun activities after a day in the sun.

Beach access is only 135 feet away, which is only about a two-minute walk.
The driveway accommodates parking for up to two cars.
Blue Water Escape is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged per week. Short stays are not prorated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

This home was everything we needed for a family vacation. Location was perfect! Even though we were prepared to buy things for the beach we didn’t have to as this place had it all! Including a baby gate, high chair, and a pack and play! Our family enjoyed the views on the rooftop at night. So many shooting stars and sunsets.

The house is in the best location, across from the beach, two blocks from downtown. The house itself needs a refresh. The carpets on stairs and upstairs are old and stained, almost didn't want to walk barefoot on them, desperately needs to be ripped up and either tiled or wood floors. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced, old and uncomfortable, bring your own pillows if going. The couch looks like it's had one too many parties on it and needs to be replaced. A good deep clean of the place is needed. All in all what made staying in the house bearable was the property management, Duncan, that made our stay great. They were super friendly and responsive, but I would not stay at this house again.
