Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We had a great stay. But could never a code for door. Someone let us in and had to leave door unlocked through out stay. The house has a lot of problems for the new mgmt co to work out. Kitchen drawers don’t work, no pots to cook in, air was pre programmed to go to 85 while sleeping, no hose to wash beach stuff, no sheets for the sleeper sofa, no blinds in the living room, living room fan only works with the light on, no switch to operate the garbage disposal, you definitely want to bring your own trash bags, not sure I would let anyone sleep in the top bunks and more. That all being said, the location was perfect, roof top deck views were spectacular, pool was great. I would rent again but definitely bring all my own stuff and maybe some air mattresses if you’re planning to sleep more than 6 people. All the problems were more annoying than anything but we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was spacious and clean. The location was perfect - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and beach. Also, very good communication with the property manager.
