Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island in the city of Bradenton Beach, this completely completely remodeled condo is in a prime location at the west end of picturesque Historic Bridge Street, right next to the popular Beach House Restaurant and provides a vacationer with all the options.
This condo is complete in every way: new fully equipped modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, LG washer/dryer, WiFi, cable flat screen TV in every room and more.
Beach, Pool, Sun and Sunsets: Gulf View is located directly on the beach. Walk from your condo right on to the beach and wade into the Gulf of Mexico. Take a dip or lounge by the heated pool reserved for Gulf View guests on your way to the beach or when you return.
Park in your reserved, covered parking spot.
Everything you could want is within walking distance! Take a ride on the Free Island Trolley that runs from 7:00 am until 10pm up and down the island.
Historic Bridge Street has a variety of restaurants with outdoor music, ice cream shops, boutiques, mini-golf, fishing, boating, --you name it, you can enjoy it from Gulf View.
Stroll the smooth, white sand beach. Watch the manatees and dolphins frolic in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. Kids can wade, build sand castles or chase the gulls. Enjoy the antics of the pelicans and other diving birds as they plunge into the Gulf to catch fish.
At the end of the day, kick back and delight in the gorgeous sunsets as seen from your private, screened balcony. There is absolutely nothing to block your view of this magnificent, daily extravaganza by Mother Nature.
Activities: Walk to shopping on picturesque Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach or ride the free Trolley to stores in Holmes Beach or the City of Anna Maria Drive to shopping at the famous St. Armand's Circle. Dream Beach Getaway! From the moment we booked, the hosts were an absolute pleasure to work with — responsive, warm, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is simply unbeatable. Steps from the water, with everything you could want right at your doorstep. As for the condo itself — spotless. We’ve stayed at a number of vacation rentals over the years, and the level of cleanliness here genuinely impressed us. It was clear that real care and attention goes into maintaining this property.

Yvette and Harry were excellent hosts. We will definitely stay with them again. They were both very responsive (even when they didn't need to be). My wife's birthday was during our stay, and Yvette and Harry sent sweets for her birthday! What nice hosts!We picked the Gulf view condo because they provided beach stuff. Since we flew in we were limited on what we could bring with us. They not only provided things for the beach but they also provided everything else we would need for our stay - plenty of towels, tooth brushes and toothpaste, suntan lotion, coolers and ice blocks for the beach, umbrellas (we never needed them!), a hotel safe, a fully stocked kitchen including tea and coffee, and much much more. There is a storage shed in the garage area with the beach supplies. It had everything - plenty of beach chairs, several beach umbrellas, a beach cabana, beach bag, beach toys, and much more.The condo was very clean and you could tell they took pride in it. They even had a bowl of chocolates waiting for us when we arrived! Seriously, the best hosts ever!Thank you Yvette and Harry! We had a great time!

Amazing VRBO. Perfect location. Could walk to everything. Ate breakfast on the lanai, spent our days at the beach or pool. We’ll be back! Couldn’t have asked for a more clean beautiful condo right on AMI! Hosts were amazing, already wondering when we can go back to this piece of paradise!
