Our original AMI home is much easier to navigate than new-build 3-story homes on Anna Maria Island because our first floor is on the ground level and the second floor is one easy set of stairs. Other rebuilt homes on the island usually require climbing multiple flights of stairs up or taking small elevators.

The property had everything you need for a great beach vacation. Chairs for the beach, wagon for the beach, paddleboards, kayaks, a cooler to take to the beach. They thought of everything!

My family enjoyed our stay at this location. All items advertised were available. It is centrally located on the island. It’s a quick walk to restaurants in town and to the beach. We had a wonderful time exploring the island, knowing we had a comfortable location to come back to each day.

The proximity to the beach (1short block) and access of the dock and jet ski lifts were the draw to this property. We rented the upstairs unit. The use of the pool is a little awkward since you’re sharing with downstairs, but nice to have. Property is a little cramped as a 3bdrm, but we managed. Small kitchen. Grill available. Master has no dresser or place to “unpack” except for shelves in closet. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, so the space wasn’t too much of an issue. Lots of bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, chairs, wagon, beach toys free for use. It was nice to have beach towels at unit also.Overall, we’d stay here again if back in the area.
